It was okay. Only one worker seemed to be Japanese. Boss dude walking around was definitely Chinese. Not comparable to actual Japanese food in Japan but Im probably asking for too much. Super expensive compared to the authentic stuff in Japan. It was fine, Americans would enjoy it since they dont know any different. If youre looking for taste like the one you had in Japan though I wouldnt recommend. Still on the search for that myself. If you are American and have only had sushi rolls or etc in the states youll like it.

Su Shin Izakaya is excellent. Certainly the best Japanese food in South Florida. By far. A true izakaya offering variety well beyond sushi and the frou-frou rolls so popular these days. The dishes are authentic, fresh, and delicious. The service is delightful. The hearty greeting when you enter instantly transports you to Japan. Try the unfiltered sake -- delicious.

So far the best Japanese restaurant in this area! Menu has so many items and there are daily specials written on the blackboards on the wall. We have been here for dinners several times, every single time the food was amazing! We just order randomly. love the sushi, cold noodle, ramen and grilled squid we had. Will have to find out about the specials next time!

One of the best Japanese restaurants Ive been to. Was recommended to go here by a local. The side dishes are delicious. I highly recommend the Soba and Udon dishes. Im not sure how to describe it, but the attention to detail that goes into the entrees is outstanding compared to similar Japanese restaurants I frequent with my family in California.

This is the most delicious Japanese restaurant in Miami. They have a great menu, with daily specials written on their chalkboard; The food is fresh, servers are great, and once you eat there, you will go back over and over again. I just wish the would open on Sundays:)

This is by far the best sushi place in Coral Gables. This is really authentic and the Sashimi me there is great. You know youre in the right spot when Asian people walk through the door and there is Japanese writings on the wall.
