Trigo is honestly my favorite restaurant, and for many reasons! The staff is so kind and accommodating, making the effort to remember mine and my friends names, along with our usual orders. They are professional, friendly, and quick to serve you, even at their peak business hours. The owner is also incredibly friendly and will reach out and make conversation with customers regularly. The food is SUPERB. I have not eaten a single thing from Trigo that was anything short of amazing and flavorful. My personal favorite is the Bay Bridge special with their Caesar pasta salad. Their pizzas are to die for, as well! Lastly, the location. Trigo is located downtown, so one would think that it would be rather tiny and seem squished between all the other businesses. They have the cutest outside seating area and patio that expands the restaurant and makes it seem roomier and visually pleasing. Its so nice sitting out there on a warm, sunny day. I recently moved to Tampa for college, and I cant tell you how much I talk about how I miss it and wish Trigo was a franchise so I could still enjoy them all the way over here. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Trigo is an independent small business that has really hit the nail on the head when it comes to providing superb customer service and beyond excellent food. They love new customers, and are happy to suggest their favorites. The owner overheard me saying it was my first time and suggested the pizza, which is only served during dinner hours, and i could not have been more pleased with the decision. Very filling 10 pizza, accompanied by incredible taste, and fresh ingredients. My girlfriend ordered the Mango Chicken Curry on a sandwich which was to die for. Everything tasted and smelled fresh. Extremely friendly staff and prompt service. The food and atmosphere had me leaving smiling ear to ear. I cant say enough about this place. If youre ever downtown Panama City, or just passing through these parts you must make a stop here. Youll never regret it. I cant wait to go back time and time again and try everything they have to offer. There is truly something special going on at this business.

Im sure others have had reasonable-to-fine experiences here. I, however, havent. The service is either unwelcoming or confused, or a bit of both. I hear the food is good, but I wouldnt know; I get what they give me with an apology and the check. Ive even asked around to see if there was a quirk in the serving/service style that Im missing, but others (and, yes, this is circumstantial and largely inadmissible) have shared similar, dissatisfying experiences. I want to go back if only to see if it will still be all so bizarre. And soup needs a spoon. Or at least someone around to ask if theres a spoon I could use. The food you get isnt bad, though. But unless this is place is theatre/performance-art, its not really worth the struggle. In my opinion... based the third of three really weird experiences.

I was a bit dissapointed that pizza is only served for dinner on Wednesday and Friday but I decided to try one of their sandwiches and it is, by a mile, the best sandwich Ive had in a restaurant. The bread had such exquisite taste, the vegetables were as if picked from a garden, sliced up and served on this sandwich, the meats tasted so rich and the cheese just wrapped up the entire spectrum of deliciousness into the sandwich. Even the baklava was fresh and tasted well above anything I expected. I would definitely eat here again.

I took my three kids for dinner on a Friday. This was our first trip. The staff was excellent, friendly to the kids, and quick with the food. The waitress recommended the spinach salad which was excellent. My kids had pizza which was delicious. The waitress even brought them paper plates in case they knocked one off the table (they did). It also looks like a great place to have a date night, with cozy tables, outdoor seating, and a wine menu. I highly recommend Trigo to anyone looking for lunch or dinner in Panama City!

Eat here all the time, food is fresh and consistently delicious. Best pizza in town!!! Service is great seems like owner and staff is there all day every day and always welcoming and friendly. Truly dedicated to great food and service and for a reasonable price. Try the 3 salad special any of them are delicious all salads are really fresh. Ham and cheese croissant for breakfast is also a nice change of pace.

LOVE EVERYTHING!!!!! Absolutely AMAZING service from a friendly staff. This place has something for every person and a wide variety of flavors to choose from. I love how there are healthy choices from the salad menu as well as tasty treats from the bakery. Waiting to host an event that Trigo can cater for!

Fresh and tasty every time. Gilbert is a wonderful small business owner and I love to support his business. Trigo is a little slice of San Francisco, complete with the sour dough. Service is always fast. Prices are reasonable. Trigo is by far the best place to grab a healthy lunch in down town Panama City

Great soups, sandwiches, salads, desserts, coffees, smiling employees, prompt delivery of order, fair pricing for amount of food you get. Very fresh because its prepared fresh. Only here for the weekend but Ill be visiting again before I leave.
