I was driving to Chicago and stopped by this hidden gem for some food for my bbq and bite to eat. Whomever, wrote a bad review on this market does not know how good markets run. They must be too busy shopping at Walmart or something. I went to the hot food counter for a sandwich on the road. One of the managers recommended me a sandwich that was made by him. I said thats fine make me something. He made me one of the most amazing sandwiches. It was big, fresh, tasty, and easy to eat. Next time I throw a party I will be getting this sub catered 100 percent. I had a couple of sides from the hot counter also and they were delicious. I was surprised on the quality of meats they had. I always shop organic down here and they had a great selection for my bbq, and were some of the best prices I have seen. The staff even personally walked me to get my favorite frozen pizza (Home run pizza), and it was legitly half the price of what i pay. Overall, this market is A1. Great staff, clean store, amazing variety( organic and regular), and the hot foods and sandwiches are ridicolous. The ribs looked great but after I devoured that sandwich I could not eat anymore. Next time I visit Michigan again, I will come here for all my shopping and hot foods....

Ive always loved this store this is where I do all my grocery shopping just about a month ago I had the opportunity to be employed here and everything started out great until I had a confrontation with Tom because I felt like he can be very disrespectful as a boss sometimes and I did take it to Fb but I apologized afterwards and Tom pretended that everything was back good but it wasnt. Then my hours got to decreasing and I was assigned to be a bagger instead of a cashier this went on for weeks even with Tom telling me I would get back on a register soon I never did. Today I got a message that I was not needed at work today and when I asked for the schedule I was told I was no longer on the schedule with no explanation as to why. I am a very hard worker and always did anything that was asked of me at work. I really liked this store but now that I got the opportunity to work here I see that everyone is fake and talks behind your back and really dont care about u succeeding at this job. I could have been a long term employee here but I was let go with no explanation, what a way to do business but I know God has a plan for me and my children.

I visit this store all the time for the great meat specials and items i just cant find anywhere else in the city. I was amazed by the Deli section, which is more like a restaurant, when i came in last weekend. The Boost Manager was friendly and being able to actually get complete phone store service, on Sunday, was unexpected and appreciated. After paying my phone bill, he gave me a deli card and told me not to forget it when i came in to pay my bill, because i would receive a stamp each time, earning me free dinner. when he stamped my card for the two meals i had purchased thru the cashier lane, i smiled. i thought he cheated the store with my (4) four stamps until he explained i get two stamps for each phone bill payment. i will continue coming to Park Street Market for the great customer service and i wont forget my Deli-Card. Thanks for caring.

Great place to shop if you are in Kalamazoo. I have heard many great things about this place and I understand why. The place was very clean and well stocked, not to mention fresh flowers planted in front of the store. I was greeted by the produce clerk as I started shopping and he kindly assisted me on where the egg plant was located. Produce seemed fresh and I loved the meat counter. Great variety. I bought a gallon of milk for $2.50 and a dozen eggs for $1.25. They also had a sale on earthbound organic salads for 2/4 - they are usually 3.99 at other places :)

Park Street Market is a wonderful store that I cant recommend highly enough! Not only is the store CLEAN and WELL ORGANIZED with WELL-TRAINED and FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES -- they also have GREAT PRICES and are well-known for having the BEST MEAT in town! But even above all that, I want to give a shout out to the AMAZING and GENEROUS owners (Tom & Kiar) who have huge hearts and give so much back to the community! They have helped us tremendously with our street ministry outreach (Jesus Loves Kzoo) for the past few years and we cant thank them enough!

Been going to park street market for years now and the service was always the same until today when I went this morning and forgot my debit card at home, the cashier got an attitude with me and said she was going to put all my stuff back instead of overriding my order so I could come back in which I stopped her and had to ask if I could come back and purchase my things because my house was around the corner and she said yes... the men that work there are great some of the women have too much attitude for customer service.

This is the BEST store I have ever been to. Their prices on their meat are unbeatable by any other and the quality is the BEST. Better even than your large chain stores in Kalamazoo. I would drive hours if I had to to shop at Park Street Market. If you want quality service with a friendly smile, or quality meat at low prices, This is the place.

Grab a sales paper as soon as you walk in the door to know all the great deals! The deli food is WONDERFUL good prices for a lot of food. This store has EVERYTHING. Awesome time great music .

I would like to thank Park Street Market and the entire staff on there great customer service and wide range of quality products they sell. My family and I have been shopping here for the past few years and wouldnt want to go anywhere else. I am glad that they are only a few miles away!!!!!!!!

The management have been extremely rude on several occasions. I would rather go across town than step foot in this place again. The regular employees are very helpful, its just the managers. Prices are very high, but its a smaller company so I will give it a bit of leeway.

The only complaint I have is some of the prices. They are smaller than the major places but well worth all of it! The customer service is FANTASTIC, better than Meijer and WalMart together, and everything is clean and easy to find! Worth going and checking out!
