The service here is atrocious! My fellow Co workers order out twice a month (as a company). We called Jersey Giants and spoke with the owner. He gave us his most you up to date menu. We place our order the next day. In just over day he raised his prices by 75 cents each sub! When we talked to him about it he told us he didnt need our business and if we didnt like it we can leave! This is NOT good business. Ive never had his subs and nor will I ever. How can you treat people like this. If you have menus that you are handing out dont just say that they are up to date make sure that they are! Moreover, for a first time customer (and a company) why not honor the prices you gave them then let them know the price will change next time? Too bad, for them, good for other places around who will get our business now!

I got a coupon in my junk mail for buy 2 get 1 free. I have to say I usually throw my coupons away but this is one coupon Im glad I saved. This was the first time I have ever been to Jersey Giant Subs and I can say I am now a customer for life. Well worth the money!! subway who????

I visited Jersey Giant SUBS! during my visit to Kalamazoo this summer and it was one of my favorite lunch spots. Big subs and fresh ingredients. Similar to Jersey Mikes but with a local twist. Definitely recommend!

Sub was mediocre at best, and was certainly not giant. Being from jersey I got excited to try this place when I heard about it, only to be disappointed by a skimpy sub.

It is more expensive then subway or jimmy johns, but the food tastes solo much better and you get e times as much. Customer for LIFE! !!!!
