After taking an hour and half to get to my apartment. The lady argued with me incoherently about address. I tried explaining to her several times the difference between the building number and my apartment number. She was not listening to me and kept arguing. After a minute or more of this I told her she could just cancel it. I order take out because I was feeling under the weather and didnt want to go out. I was out of bed looking around for the guy. She told me that I could not cancel it because he was there at my apartment. Once again I told her he was not at my apartment. The delivery guy called me back and I had to once again explain the difference between the building number and the apartment number. He arrived within 10 minutes. I opened my my bag confused. I had ordered a combo meal and I had not received the crab Rangoon I ordered and I got white rice instead of fried rice. The chicken was not to my satisfaction and the steamed dumplings were falling apart for how soggy they were. Im not usually one to complain we all make mistakes after all. After this whole encouncter I was at my wits end. When I called back and told her I was dissatisfied, she said "oh s**t" and blamed it on the delivery guy who brought me the wrong entree when I ordered a combo. She told me she would get me free crabragoon. I told her I wanted my meal comped or a free meal. She said "bye" and hung up. I called back, furious at this point, and demanded to speak to manager. She told me that she didnt know when he would be back because he was in China. I will never order from here again. Nor the food or customer service is worth it.

DONT EVER EAT AT/ORDER/CALL THIS ESTABLISHMENT.If I could give a 0 star I would! This place is pure racist, rude, and disrespectful. I ordered food at night to be delivered,Im black and I dont live in the "best" of neighborhoods so when they come out here theyre already fearful and in a rush to leave. They barely remember to take the Money. So the delivery man called when he was outside telling me to come get the food. Isnt that what i pay the delivery fee for? I get into a debate with him about delivering my food and he was too scared to get out because of the area which isnt bad at all plus they deliver out here everyday literally. Mind you, I already paid over the phone for the food. He never came to my door , he kept calling but never saying anything or giving my food. He was refusing to come to my door because I wouldnt come outside. He hung up on me along with the man at the restaurant who answered the phone when I called to complain and demand my money back. I called back and he ignored my calls along with the delivery driver. I still havent gotten a refund but but you better believe I will be the first one at that filth hole when the doors open.

Ive ordered from here a lot of times . ( with cash ) the woman is VERY RUDE and the food is GREASY and THROWN TOGETHER ! i just ordered from here like a hour ago ( with a credit card ) i checked the card balance BEFORE i ordered , i left exactly $20.09 on the card to order the food . she gets mad because i could barely understand her . so i order and give her the card # and the order and it comes up to $18.00 and she says " ready in 45 minutes " and hangs up . then calls back 5-10 minutes later and says the card was declined and there was NO money on the card . so i call the card company and they say she took off the $18.00 then took off the $2.00 . so i call her back and try to explain to her what the card company said and she keeps saying theres no money on the card and hangs up . i called back more than 15 times and she keeps hanging up and saying that they dont deliver to where i live . so i basically PAiD for food that i will NEVER get ! i will NEVER order from there EVER again . and i called the police on her because she thinks shes just gonna take my money and get away with it .

No double they have good food! I have been there about 5 times and its about 15 minutes drive from my place. The lady ( must be the owner) is so mean.... She is so rude. she literally throw the plates at you..doesnt want to serve you. First i thought she was just having a bad day and i let go fews times but this last time...there was another family there...she gave them terrible service as well. She threw plates on the table and glasses of water on their table...absolutely no table manner.. I thought since she has great food we should at least tell her to smile...but she refuse to listen. she showed attitude and went inside the kitchen. she doesnt care... i dont know if any of you guys felt this too or shes just like this to people that dine-in. she knows she has great food maybe thats why she behaves like this. But i am not going there any more...SERVICE makes a HUGE difference. try out campus kitchen, rice kitchen, and spice n rice ( love there food the most) and great service. good luck

Click on me for full review! Ive been here several times, close to my house and the prices are comparable. The food is edible, not the best Chinese in town but good enough for me. The reason I WILL NOT BE RETURNING is because the owner, the lady is very rude. Just like the other reviewer stated, at first you think shes having a bad day, until you go more than once, twice, three times and she is still rude. For example, I went there today, she knows Im a returning customer and she still snatched my debit card out of my hand. I told her "You dont have to snatch!" and she tossed my receipt across the counter. Yeah, not going back. If you have a lot of patience and understanding maybe this place is for you, as for me - Ill save HER the trouble and not return again.

The woman that works there is very rude! I placed an order today and got a call saying there wasnt enough money on my card. I gave her the same card number thinking that maybe it was a mistake (there was enough money on my card yesterday) and when I said the last few digits she yelled at me and said "no, no. Thats the same card!" I told her Im just going to cancel the order and she HUNG UP on me. I go to check the balance on my card and they took the remaining balance ($7.30) off of my card and did not reimburse. Not only are they rude, but theyre also thieves!

I was hungry one day and as I was making my way to Campus Kitchen, I passed a fairly new China Kitchen. Now when it comes to Asian cuisine, I eat first and ask questions later haha. but down to the real question.. Was it worth the stop? No. I ordered a noodle dish/chixfr and some potsticker. And I had asked to make it spicy. So my first bite into both chix fr and the beef lm, I immediately thought no flavor. Ontop of that no spice level. This food be bland. Keep driving.
