This was my first time getting food here, so my review is only based off of one experience. I had the shrimp with lobster sauce combo. They got my order wrong, for starters, but about the actual food: pros are that the egg roll was pretty good and the shrimp were a good size. Cons are that the fried rice seemed like it had been sitting out all day. It was dry and a bit crusty. It was rather bland and personally I like it when they put veggies and eggs in it, which this fried rice didnt have. The shrimp with lobster sauce had about 6 shrimp with about 12 peas, so about half the container was filled mostly with lobster sauce. So the next time I have a craving for Chinese, Ill be getting it elsewhere.

Last night I called in an order of beef and broccoli and shrimp fried rice. Upon picking it they advised the cost was $19 which I never pay this much and they then informed me they though I ordered a Large which I advised no I always order a small. Instead of simply giving me the food that was already packaged and waiting for me on the counter as usual they opened the containers and proceeded to give me smaller portions which would fall along the lines of small , not large order. I felt this was so very tacky and due to their mistake didnt appreciate them reopening my food and rationing it out. SMH shame on them.

This food was simply awful and I am shocked to see it open after getting a dish that had cold chicken in order. It makes me wonder what other surprises will await me in the hours to come. I ordered it with an item due to a dietary issue and low and behold when I get home there are the items in my dish. Even the wrapped fortune cookie is burnt. Save your dollars and spend it at a place where they know how to cook a meal. I will not return to this place again.

I thought Chinese food was over for me. I have been so much more into Thai food that I left behind the notion of American Chinese food. I was wrong - the food is fresh, well seasoned, and reminded me why Chinese food was my favorite as a kid. Its in such a central location, I cant wait to go back and try more dishes!

First off probably the worst Chinese food Ive ever had, I mean its like they werent even trying. I froze my a$$ off while eating this bland contraption called "food" while watching my breath after every bite. I dont believe anything you could order would change your mind. I hope I dont die tonight after eating this.

this was our first and only time to order from here. perhaps we are used to the common flavors of chinese food... but the hot & sour soup tasted very unique (bad); the mongo beef and hunan chicken were not enjoyable either. however, the eggroll, and one of our fortunes was very good. still, will not return.

This place has went downhill and this is our last order. My husband and I had the same flavorless sauce even though we ordered to different things. Fried rice looks like Spanish rice, nothing in it. Worst chinese Ive ever had. Yuk.

Worst Chinese ever! Absolutely no flavor even with 5 hot sauces added to it. Egg drop soup was so bland and thick I couldnt eat it. Not to mention it was freezing in there.

We go out of our way to get take out from Grand Lakes. Always very good. Genl Tsos the best in town. Vegetables are crisp, portions are reasonable, food is hot.
