If I could give this place no stars i would. It took 1.5 hours for the food to get to my house. which by the way is a 2 min drive. the food was dry and old. when I call to ask for a refund the old man was asking about the $4 delivery charge. i drove to the store to give him the food back he wanted $5 for the delivery fee. DO NOT EAT HERE....unless you have bad taste because that is what you will get. UPDATE: The refund was never posted. I gave him a week or 2 to post my money back. i called and he said i need to give him $5 then it went to $3 then he said,"ok, i make you good deal.you give me .75 and i will give your money back." that is not how this works. im calling the BBB he stole from me i want my money back. this place needs to get shut down. he is stealing money from people.

Best of Bay for 6 years. . . The Only resturaunt that serves Fresh hand wrapped Bacon Eggrolls and The mouthwatering Fresh cooked Fried Rice infused with Bacon and Eggs to delight any people that loves to try unique food that puts Original American and Traditional Chinese in one dish... I wish I could have given it a 0 star rating because this place is a lie!!!! We ordered veggie egg rolls and they put meat in our egg rolls, and it even said on the box that it was a veggie egg rolls, but that was a lie. And the egg roll soup tasted like we were eating Sulfur. My sister throw up this food!!!! NEVER EAT HERE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

First time visit, bought some food to go. Ordered Orange Spicy Crispy Beef, Kung Pao Chicken, House Fried Rice, and Vegetable Spring Rolls. Everything was excellent and with generous portions. Very friendly folks and great service. I will be going back there every time we want Chinese food.

The food was disgusting...rice was old, chicken was dry....nothing tasted good...we waited over an hour for the food and when we went to return it the man tried to bribe us to pay him $5 for service instead of just giving us the money back....DO NOT EAT HERE

Egg drop soup was the best Ive had in PC. Sechuan chicken was fantastic. Very good price and service was very friendly. Was hoping for some fresher options like spring rolls but they do have bacon wrapped egg rolls if youre into that sort of thing.

Egg drop soup no flavor took it back guy gave me some there to try and it was good. Then he sent me home with the same nasty soup i first got. Called owner said hed call me back and im still waiting. Avoid at all cost!

the previous owner and cook was garbage. Ive ordered here several times within the past 3-4 months and its been great, portion sizes are plentiful always fresh and delicious. Better than China Wok hands down.
