First off I just want to say that I am a daily customer of chic fill a. Along with my husband and many of our Mall Co workers and I am never treated bad or if my order is incorrect it is always corrected promptly and I have always given and receives respect from the employees at this store. However this evening I can say that I went there to get my daily frosted lemonade yes it was 8 minutes to closing and I was courteous enough to ask if the ice cream machine was still going and I was told no it was already shut down. So I walked away dissatisfied that my craving was no fulfilled however not.upset I understand that closing down requires other things to be shut down. But while waiting for my husband to finishing closing his store that is only a few second walk from the chic fil a I decided to go back I wanted a drink and he wanted a refill. And there to my surprise is the same employee who told me NO I cant have a frosted lemonade cause the machine was down. He was making a milkshake for this very young girl and made a frosted lemonade for the other young girl standing there. I will admit I have had a bad day and its going to be even more stressful tomorrow. But it really burns me that he told me NO and had no problem making these girls what they wanted. He was there with another guy not sure if he was a manager but believe you me when I get to work on Wednesday that employee is not going to not like me. I will be complaining to a mamager. I should grt an appology. I buy food and drinks from there on a DAILY basis again along with my husband and for that punk to deny me what I wanted and allow these two teeny bopper young girls to get what they want really upsets me. So for one persons action makes me not want to go back. Even though I know I probably will. I want it to be known that I did not deserve to be lied to or treated that way at all. Not when Im there as often as I am. Thank you.

Not only did they discontinue the spicy chicken biscuit, which is the only reason why I would want to deal with morning traffic to order from a fast food restaurant, but my order of a regular chicken biscuit with egg was probably easily the worse thing I have ever eaten at chick-fil-a. My egg was so undercooked it made my biscuit soggy and the piece of chicken I received was barely 2 oz and hardly what Ive come to expect from a regular chick-fil-a customer. I honestly dont understand why they would discontinue a menu item as popular as the spicy chicken biscuit to begin with, and keep the lunch sandwich. After further investigation, I found it was only recently taken off the menu less than a week ago and it is at each stores discretion to keep it. So for the love of God! Bring back the spicy chicken biscuit! I honestly dont KNOW how people arent picketing or rioting or this!??? What has gone through your heads chick-fil-a!?????

They told us they were out of chicken biscuits at 10:00 am. That is not how you run a business! If a customer wants more of something that you sell, it doesnt matter if you want to make more or not!!

My favorite Chick-fil-A in the area. The waffle fries are especially good, the dining area can be a bit messy though but, then again that is partially the fault of the mall this location is in.

ask for no salt on waffle fries but please cook them they were cold in the middle then the manager Debbie give me a dirty look and a attitude she need a job with no customer service involved
