If you are the type of person who likes to engage with wait staff that mumbles, and points you in the general direction of a table this might be the pizza place for you. I mean really if straws arent important to be able to sip your ice filled cup with a spot of liquid (that randomly changes throughout the night according to how the wait staff feels (and you get to take off the waitress tray)), you might want to consider this place among your options. Not only will the cups change sizes, and beverages change, but your order will come out exactly NOT how you want it. I mean really, ask for beef added to something...is fabulous; who knew beef was invisible? If you have children please for the love of God and all that is great and wonderful do NOT let them get the pickles from the salad bar (no matter how long it is taking them to process your order I mean over an hour seems reasonable for a couple of pizzas right); they appear to be kosher, but they are none of the sort. Having placed in my mouth what appeared to be a pickle, you can imagine the surprise to my taste buds when the taste of jalapeno filled my mouth, and my throat began to shut. IT WAS WONDERFUL! So, yeah back to the pizzas. Two came out okay looking, and one had the invisible beef. Be it beyond me to be one of those people who likes to see what she eats, I asked the waitress to send it back to get the beef of the visible type. Within 30 minutes she came back out (by then the kids were done eating) with the exact same pizza covered in what we assumed was beef, and ate. Who knew twice cooked pizza would be so dry, tasteless, and well for a lack of better words come back and bite the next morning. Turns out that it wasnt beef after all, or so thats what my digestive system is telling me, so for anyone who wants a senseless wait, tasteless pizza, inattentive waitstaff, reused salad bar items this is the place for you. Your insides will love you in the end...Oh, not to mention how wonderful the management is. As we were paying they asked "How was everything?" Mind you he was talking to someone I assume was a friend for about five minutes, causing us to wait to pay (I know everyone wants to spend over 2 hours in a pizza place). To which I promptly replied "The food was okay, I guess, but the service sucked." He then went on to tell me about a broken window in the drive through, and not listen to what I was saying, so really this is the place for you to go if you want your complaints handled promptly and to be listened to attentively.

I usually love this location and have never had any problems but because of Tonights experience I will never order from this location & probably never eat Pizza Hut again. I ordered the 2 topping 7.99 deal (online only) and 2 20oz sodas at 718. Around 840 I called the store to ask about my order & the girl on the phone was rude. She told me my order left the store 15mins ago. It doesnt even take 15 mins to get to my home from the location. I literally live one street over. Once my pizza did arrive COLD AND AT 9 the delievery girl informed me that they didnt put my two sodas in bag so she would have to go back to get them. Ok cool, about 15 mins later I get a missed called and a voicemail saying they are out of 20oz mt dew so i called back. The First girl who answered the phone was rude saying she couldnt hear me and abruptly put me on hold for a second girl to answer (she can hear me just fine) I told her not to worry about bringing the drinks Ill just come by and grab them tomorrow & the girl just kinda brushed me off and became silent on the phone then asked me if I was still there? I know this is just a Pizza Hut review but after a long hard day sometimes its the little things that help get You by like being able to order a pizza and not have to worry about cooking or dealing with this bullshit.

I placed an order just shy of 8pm and was told my delivery would at my house in between 15 and 55 minutes. After an hour and a half, i called and spoke to a young lady who i explained the issue to. She placed me on hold, where i was transferred to another person and had to retell everything. Both young women were not very friendly and told me i would have to call the front of the restaurant (which i did and the prompt told me to press 2 for issues with an existing delivery...thats how I ended up talking to the 2 girls). So I had to hang up and call back AGAIN and was told they had a completely different address than the one i have them. They had to remake my order and we waited another half hour. We didnt get our food until close to 10 oclock. They said when they delivered it what they THOUGHT was our address, nobody answered. So WHY nobody thought to call us and figure out what was wrong...I just dont get it. They didnt charge us and gave us a credit, which i appreciate the gesture, I will never order from here again. 2 hours for food isnt worth it

The WORST Pizza Hut, Ive ever been to. If I could give 0 stars I would have. I placed a pickup order and the meat lovers, super supreme and wings were undercooked. I immediately called back and they just wanted to replace it.... I was not satisfied with that, being that Ive been driving all day to Panama City on vacation for my daughters bday party, having to drive from my hotel back to the restaurant, wasting my gas. When i called, a female answered playing as the manager but when i get there an older smart mouth man claimed to be the manager and only gave me a partial refund. I will be calling the district manager and any other corporate or franchise members about this dissatisfaction. No way to treat guests in your city.... totally not kool....I was more than happy to spend my refund and then sum across the street at Papa Johns, where I was treated respectfully at 10:08 p.m. even when their carryout closes at 10 p.m.

First my mom called in the afternoon to get an order put in for later this evening. The woman that answered was rude & kept telling my mom she couldnt do that bc it would be close to closing. She wanted to pick it up at 6 & it was our understanding that they closed at 7. Eventually the woman hung up on her. She called back & the guy that answered took her order with no problems. Get there at 5:50 to pay for it & check on it. A bald looking guy with glasses says it has a little bit longer in the oven & hell bring it out to us. 6:10 & still no pizza. Go back to the drive thru & a different guy comes over & asked us twice what our name was. He eventually goes to the warmer & there it is. No telling how long it had been sitting in there. Get home, which isnt far from there at all, and the pizza was cold. We are close to Winn Dixie off 23rd. See, not far. Should not of been cold! Very disappointed in my experience tonight.
