On April 30th I went in to this Chipotle and ordered a chicken bowl. Only upon getting to the register was I told that they didnt have any chips. I had to go across the street to Target, and run through the pouring rain, to buy a bag chips. That is not the worst part however. When I was home and halfway through my bowl, I pulled a large chunk of plastic out of my mouth. Ive tried contacting Chipotle online. The person handling my issue refuses to speak via email, only over the phone. The real kicker here is that he never answers the phone when I call. His excuse is that hes "on the phone a lot". Someone who handles food issues for Chipotle is on the phone a lot? Thats frightening. Chipotle has already had an issue with e-coli. If they mistakingly leave plastic in your food, and are seemingly bogged down with complaints, imagine what that means to your food.

Great place! But the person ahead of me was offering for 5 people when they could have ordered ahead of time online and picked it up at the register. People complain about things that you guys cant help sometimes. Keep up the good work! Did you know that chipotle employees have to follow portion sizes or they get in trouble? Did you know that you cant use fax orders from different chipotles because they have different fax numbers? Probably not. But hey, they just want all much for as they can get for as little as possible. They seem to forget that you are also human with problems at the reasturant daily. Keep your heads up and when they complaint about what you do, remind them that you have no jurisdiction over the prices and rules you have to follow.

As far as the food goes, if youve had one Chipotle, youve had them all However, I rate this specific location 3 stars because I have seen a steady decline in portions. Oftentimes not even one full scoop of rice is served and the customer has to request "extra rice" to get close to what one serving should equal. Furthermore, when you ask for extra rice employees are visually annoyed. I find this ironic as rice is pound for pound one of the cheapest ingredients on the menu. A few employees also come off as pushy and hurry you through their "assembly line" as quick as possible, often times resulting in errors when they are preparing multiple orders. Hopefully, the Portage location will not follow suite.

The people that work here are jerks. I had to throw my burrito away because it was so awful. Couldnt wait to get me out the door. I ask for a little bit of sour cream and they spitefully put a ton of it on like more than a normal amount. On top of that they wrapped it up really quick while I wasnt looking. I get better service at McDonalds or Burger King and that is sad! They kept trying to help the people behind me even though I was ordering for 5 people. They didnt even give me opportunity to put everything I wanted on my burrito. But worse yet is how insanely rude these people are. Even the manager didnt care I was mad. I will never be back. .

I take it the qualified workers were not in yet , I came in around 3:20pm 6/16 and was cashing out my order when I decided to add a side of guac., so the person who cashed me out told the single person making orders that she needed the side , yet he was busy helping another guests . I just waiting there and watched as 4 people including what looked like the "P.I.C." balance the cash register and gossip with the rest of the staff as I waited for the only one looking like he was doing his jobs and more to get the side of guac. Wtf dude ! "MAAs the meatloaf"

First time going here in about a year.. i remember it being decent but was awful today.. i went at a good time at around 1230 on Saturday.. was relatively busy but they where completing orders in a timely manner. . The problem was the quality of the food.. everything is cold.. the meat is extremely chewy.. the "hot sauce" has about as much kick as ketchup. . The rice is way over done.. i never leave reviews but I think I needed to today. . It was bad..

First time going to Chiptole. I do not intend to go back. The service was below par. Not awful, but definitely not good either. I could barely hear the lady behind the counter. I did not feel welcomed. I did not feel like they appreciated my business or wanted me to come back. The food was decent, but the soda was flat. Nothing unique compared to other similar restaurants like QDoba or Pancheros, who are doing it better than Chipotle in my opinion.

I love Chipotle, but this location is way below par. The portions are much smaller than every other location I have been to across multiple states and the lady making my bowl was very sloppy. She put a ton of bean juice and as much tomatoes as meat, rice, and beans combined. Needless to say, I threw my bowl in the garbage as it just tasted like bean sauce and tomato juice. I am never going back.

Just attempted to have a meal here. Yellowing lettuce, stale chips and half the chicken was pure gristle. Fantastic. Oh yeah, and the staff this evening, between the I could care less attitudes showing thru the half smile, the I really hate my job expressions were the first sign this meal was going to be far less than stellar. I love Chipotle, but was very disappointed in this one. They didnt fill the bowl, you can actually see the bottom. I have been to others and their portions are much more generous than this place, thinking of writing to corporate if it happens again.. we pay alot for this type of food, you need to give us what we pay for or I am not going to pay the full price for it.

Ive stopped by here a few times during my trips to Grand Rapids, and Ive been satisfied with the food and service. Comparing them to other Chipotle locations, Ive found them to be on par. The dining area is a little different than most, heavy on the classic diner-style stools, but that works for me!

Placed a large group order, after being given the wrong phone number to fax the order I was given the run around when I inquired about a total for the order I placed. All in all, the customer service experience was well below average and would definitley consider Qdoba when looking for similar food.

Usually very quick service and good prices compared to other places like Pancheros where you get less options for the same price and is slower to order. The only issue I have is some of the employees get real cheap on the meat. Overall though Ive had good experiences everytime Ive gone.

Extremely kind people behind the counters. They are fast and efficient almost all the time, and will compensate someone for an unusual wait. Doesnt hurt that the food is delicious too!
