Last time I ordered online t was 15 minutes late and crappy quality but I still have it a try... how unfortunate for me. Today: Ordered online at 12:07pm and was given a delivery time of 12:37-12:47pm. Got an email at 12:52pm saying the order was on its way. At 1:15 I called (I only live 5 minutes away) and was told they would call me back in a few minutes (they did not call back). At 1:28 I received a text saying my order had arrived- its hadnt. At 1:32pm I called again to ask if they had heard anything about my order. They basically said they were backed up and had some call ins but that if it said arrived it should be there soon and that I could have a blessed day. At 1:38 my food finally showed up. The driver was very nice and I could tell she was swamped. She gave me a free pick 2 for being an hour late but then informed me that they ran out of frosting so the cookie was just plain. It normally wouldnt be a huge deal but try explaining that to the 3 year old who picked it out as a reward- had I known I wouldve picked a different cookie for him that didnt need frosting to make it "special". A call offering an alternative wouldve been nice. The food was cold and thrown together. I will NEVER again order from Panera for delivery and I dont suggest it for others.

The staff are very dumb. They dont know how to slice bagels properly. They dont know how to toast them the way I like them, golden colored and crispy. They either hardly singe them at all, or they burn them. The staff dont hand you silverware or offer you butter for your bread. Each time I dine at this location, I have to go to the counter close to the soda fountain area and ask for a knife to spread butter or cream cheese, because we are never handed a knife when we have a garnish. The staff dont even listen to the way we spell our names. They screw up the spelling and pronounce our names in totally nonsense-ridden ways like one character on Mad TV, Cloret at Juice Bar. (Gaprizelle! Nenry!) I have NEVER had such stupid servers in my entire LIFE!

Went in when it wasnt busy with a healthy appetite. Rather then buying a meal, I bought a full portion salad and a full portion soup, on 2 separately rang orders. I was givin the salad to be sent on my way, I reminded the guy the next order is mine, the soup (nbd). He had to ask all the details of the soup order, plus cheese, baguette. Got home, and my 6$ bowl of soup was a half filled cup.Seems almost every time I go there they have trouble paying attention to the order, or getting it right. The salad was horrid, the lettuce was bitter and halfway to compost. Never going back.

My husband and I went to this Panera for dinner with our two kids and the cashier was immensely rude. She had an irritated look on her face the entire time we ordered our food and was outright unpleasant when I asked for an extra plate to share my food with my 1 year old daughter. It took much longer than I have ever waited for food at Panera for our dinner to finally be brought to our table. I have only been to this location a handful of times but have never been impressed with the customer service from this particular store.

Got a turkey bacon sandwich, came out with no bacon and was totally soggy. I asked "can I have some bacon and can u grill the sandwich a bit longer?" I was told "I cant touch your sandwich." So she made me a new soggy sandwich, this time with bacon. Tasted horrible. For what they charge, I should have went to Burger King.

Everyone was very nice, food was good too! But- Ladies Bathroom and dining room wasnt real clean especially the floor and tables not cleaned off. In the Ladies bathroom one toilet wasnt even usable due to broken seat with no warning on door. Ive never seen it like this before.

They are always super friendly, had my pickup ready on time even though I was a little bit early. They even carried it all out to my car without my asking. They also always deliver our delivery orders on time with little extras and plenty of supplies.

My boyfriend and I both received cold food, when he took it back to the counter to ask for it to be warmed up he was told to microwave it himself. Not thrilled to have payed 22$ for a cold bowl of mac and cheese and a lukewarm half panini.

The food is excellent! I dont often visit any Paneras and this one was kind of impromptu. I had one of the broccoli cheddar bread bowls and it was delightful. Service was fast for a Sunday afternoon.
