So, for the past 4 times on delivery they have forgotten something! 2 liter twice , breadstixs, wrong pizza. The driver would always says let me go back and grab it and I will be right back. Well 30-50 minutes later they would show back up. The last time 1-6-16 we called back to the store and they said they were making it. Their was no , hey we are sorry. Nothing !! Worst service of any restaurant I have ever dealt with .

The service was awful... Nobody waited on me. I had to go to the counter to get noticed. I got the buffet, there wasnt much of a choice & I went through one plate before I was even served my drink. When I went to leave, I again waited for my ticket & to pay. I asked for a to go cup, I got out to the car & noticed there was a bug in it. Had I not been on a time crunch, I would have went in & talked to the manager.

I just ordered a pizza and wings from this Pizza Hut on Bethel. There was a DOG hair in my buffalo wings. I am literally appalled and when I spoke to a worker she cried on the phone because I was so completely disgusted and complaining to her. I wont be eating here again believe me! They do not do what the customer asks and will gladly argue back with you. Terrible food terrible customer service :(

Came in to eat the buffet at 12:15. It was empty when we got here so we assumed that more would be brought out. No, nothing was brought out. We asked our waiter if any more was going to be brought out and she said "honestly I dont know, its almost over" 45 mins in my book is not almost over. Didnt get one refill. Will NEVER be coming back here again.

Its pretty spacious inside, good for parties. I always do carry out and they always have it ready on time. The quality is just like any other Pizza Hut chain store. They also have a buffet but not sure of the timing. The best part is they have a gumball machine where if you get a blue gumball they give you a free personal pan pizza!

Excellent service with very friendly staff! Ive ordered carry-out multiple times and have always been satisfied. On my most recent order there was a problem with their credit card payment system, so they gave me a VERY generous discount as well as an entire extra pizza! I highly recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone!

Waiter sat us at a dirty table. Next to tables that werent cleaned off. Took us 20 minutes to get soda. And another 5 to order our food. They were counting tips on the table. On the phone while were still waiting to get drinks. First time being here and i will never come here again. Disgrace to indiana.

Worst service I have ever received or not because my family and I sat over an hour and all we got was drinks and an order of bread sticks with no estimate on our pizza time. I not fun telling our children 7, 3, and 18 month old that we areeaving hungry after an hour of sitting and waiting.

The manager at this store is a big Broad I ordered online and the pizza was wrong and she wouldnt remake it right. The initial pizza took two hours to get here and the remake is timed at two hours as well. I live approximately 5 minutes from the store. Very disappointed

Decent alternative to Chuck E Cheese. Adults get in for free. Best part is all the climbing, crawling and sliding for the kiddos. It seems like they let their arcade go, many machines out of order. Food options are not as good as Chuck Es, pizza is bland.

Horrible service. Obviously understaffed. I waited forever for my order to be taken. Then waited forever on my food. After sitting there about an hour without being served, finally I left. I will never set foot in there again.

Pay attention. I repeated myself five times. I ordered pasta and they kept trying to give me pizza. Every time I go here something isnt right. I only go to this store because of its location or I would not.

Half the time we go their no one has their liquors licenses. Its like one week they have it, the next they dont. It no one there ever has their licenses they dont need to say they can serve alcohol

I only order take-out and I am very satisfied with the food and the service. Food is always ready for pick up within 15 minutes of ordering online. People working here are very friendly.

Ordered pizzas, got there pizza was done, but computer was down, waited over 20 min for computer to be fixed. Managers did not care! They are remolding its a mess! Never will go back!
