Ok, I should explain that I live in Orlando where Whataburger does not exist ( as far as I know). My wife loves the chicken strips and gravy ( Really , she CANNOT resist it... To her it is like crack to a crackhead) . Well, We ordered 2 kids meals,2 bacon cheeseburger meals, 2 chicken strip meals , 1 patty melt ... $50.19. Because of the amount of food.. Some of it was misplaced in our car. ( We honestly did not realize that we misplaced it) . I overheard an employee saying " We didnt forget it" . I was thinking " Yeah you did !". But the manager offered to replace the whole order. I explained that we had most of our order but we had some missing and we only needed that replaced. They did with a smile and later much to my displeasure and amazement.. I found the food I thought they forgot!! I apologize and I feel as though I stole food. It was great service and with a smile and I recommend this place and see why there were so many trophies.

A 24/7 (exc. Christmas) fast food place where the food doesnt taste like "fast food." Ive visited this place at various times of the day, including once at 1:30 a.m., and once at about 3:00 a.m. EVERY SINGLE TIME I visited, I was actually welcomed to the restaurant. The staff (all shifts), imho, is exremely professional AND personable. The good is eccellent & the coffee milkshake rocks! Special order requests are handled expertly. Ive never been disappointed with THIS Whataburget.

Nasty place! Flies were flying around the tables. Tables were all extremely dirty and the person I was there with insisted on eating there but I however refused to eat anything there myself for the obvious uncleanliness and to put the cherry on top a guy came in just after us hacking up junk from his lungs all over the place (he didnt even attempt to go to a restroom and staff did not direct him) Yuck

3rd strike, youre out... 3 bad experiences in a row can NOT be a fluke. First time, I ordered food, was charged and paid for food, and then was told they didnt have the items I ordered so they downgrade my meal but didnt refund the difference. The next 2 times I ended up in the restroom multiple times throughout the remainder of the day.

I have been in many Whataburgers over the years, but this one takes the award for the most upscale interior. Besides the fancy decor, there is plenty of parking, a friendly staff, and the food is consistently well prepared. Definitely a top choice for lunch or the (very) casual cheap date.

Food is usually good, but it seems like everytime my family goes there something in the order is wrong. Also the store disabled their WiFi for customers and now pumps in a Christian music station through the speakers. Im not sure if they are trying to attract a certain clientele?

Whataburger remains among the greatest of fast food places, but here the service is always a bit slow. A nice facility, good atmosphere, good food. Just could stand to work a little faster and with more pep.

Great place to eat and listen to Christian music in the morning or at lunchtime! Spicy Strawberry jam is great on a plain biscuit! Patty Melt and Avocado Bacon Burger are my all time favorite.

Red meat for my whataburger jr. I hope I dont get sick. They werent Concerned at all. I dont eat meat red, it makes me ill. Is supposed to be fully cooked for gods sake.
