Can never get our order right! This Whataburger location has repeatedly failed to meet our expectations, and cannot even fill simple two sandwich orders correctly. Our latest experience was the last straw for me, and my wife. Our order was one double meat whataburger jr. with no onions, or mustard, and an addition of cheese, and ketchup; one triple meat whataburger with grilled jalapeños, and bacon, and a large order of fries. This store is habitually slow, but the lady on the headset literally took five minutes to get this relatively simple order; twice I had to tell her that we didnt want the combo when she kept asking what we wanted to drink with that order. It literally took us fifteen minutes to get through the line, however people behind us in line got their food before us leading to a dangerous situation as they then tried to pass the cars in the drive through line. When we finally got our food the fries were extremely old, and were disgusting; I went into the store, and the Grey shirt rolled her eyes when I told her the fries were bad. Another manager was gracious, and promptly gave me some new fries, but when we got home my wife opened her burger to discover that the sandwich had appeared to have been smashed, and also appeared old as the tomatoes, and lettuce had literally been reduced to a warm mush. My wife lost her appetite. It is a good thing that this Whataburger has a Monopoly on burger joints in the five points area, because I doubt they could withstand any type of competition. If you want Whataburger go to the one on Hwy 90 by the Walmart. P.S. dont order bacon on your sandwich, they charge you $1.20 for some paper thin shriveled pieces of bacon.

Nah, go to any other whataburger even if its a little bit further. Really simple order screwed up immensely at nighttime. Ask for fresh fries or youre getting frozen hour old fries. Specifically ask for "zesty" sauce, which is a sauce they have in a container that has the name on it, and get something entirely different. Asked for no mustard on the sandwich, got mustard on it. Thanks whataburger, I tried to ruin my own night by eating your food and you ruined it all for me.

Is this location run by teenagers? After watching a young man in the back flip a piece of cheese in the air with his bare hands then place it back in the tray of cheese, I asked the young lady at the register a question 4 times in a row.. she stared at me the whole time and didnt seem to know what was going on! lol The worst part was the French fries. Call me crazy, but I really enjoy some hot crispy fries, but these were soggy, sad fries. =(

Everytime I go here, the service is always very good and the wait, minimal. This is my favorite local WAB only because the service here is fantastic and the food is wonderful. Management must be great. A few other local fast food restaurants could learn alot about customer service from you all. Keep up the good work and I will continue to get my burger fix from you! :D

This Whataburger is fairly nice on the inside, but nothing special. The customer service here is adequate, and your food is ready in a reasonable amount of time. Great place to meet friends at any time of the day! This location gets busy during lunch time, but they have two lanes for the drive thru to try and sleep things along.
