I visit this place yesterday I had a terrible experience I took pics , My Idea of a Burger was turned into a nightmare who eats soaked bread and mushed tomatoes it was terrible I took pics I usually never give such a bad review but for crying out loud guys its just a Burger no effort hardly given , The cashier in the drive thru acted as if he didnt wanna touch the change I gave him although polite , you guys get a real thumbs down .Cold m Nasty

GOOD LUCK GETTING SIMPLE THINGS LIKE "no tomato" correct... I have now had THREE experiences in a row with 1-2 (no more) changes... typically no pickle or tomato on a bacon cheeseburger... Ive had tomato ALL THREE TIMES... Ive had pickles TWICE... and only ONCE have they remembered to put the BACON on a BACON cheeseburger. These people are morons... THIS IS WHY THEY MAKE MINIMUM WAGE AND DO NOT DESERVE EVEN THAT!!

Sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes had a 12$ order in which only the drink was correct. Cutting my losses on lunch, I wont be back to this Hardees. Also, the food that I did get (not my order) was not fit to eat. Ive worked in quick service food for years, all you have to do it pay attention its not hard.

The food selection is great. The burgers are great. Ive been a regular customer for a few yrs now. The staff however sucks. Talking, and doing other things instead of focusing on the orders, its no wonder why they take time proccessing orders. The stort black asst manager as he claimed was outside smoking a blunt.

Feces all over bathroom.... Workers knew.... Ordered and paid for smoked sausage egg and cheese.... Got only smoked sausage... And it took 20 min to get. 3rd time there in a week.... Second time my order......... was wrong......

Wow, this Hardees is great. They have self-order, walk right up to the counter enter what you what with all the custom ingredients, then you get 10% off your total. You can switch your side, or your drink, I that is so cool.

Always ordered same thing and charged different price. Bad customer service at drive thru. Called corporate twice. Second time ask for manager to follow up with me. Never heard from them. Bad, Bad customer service....

Staff was very nice and professional. Our food was hot and on time with no issues. Its changed a lot from how it use to be. By the way, the bathrooms are clean as well, huge leap forward!!!

The fries were over cooked and really just gross, the bathroom have Passcodes to get in and the floors were really sticky I felt like might get sick from just being there.
