I have visited this location many of times. This by far was my worst experience. The woman was very rude when ordering even though it was a so.ple order. "Cravings deal with a Dr pepper" I then proceeded to get to the window in which she hands me my drink and my food, I then continue to drive off, she talks about the receipt and I say I dont need it then she says "your card" in a very smart attitude and I proceed to say "Im sorry" and I get a response with "yeah youll need your card" with a smart attitude. I myself work in customer service and have never talked in this manner with any of my customers. I will not visit this location again. Also when I open up my cravings box I literally get 4 chips with the cheese... Very disappointed.

Ive literally lost $15-20 in the last 5 times Ive gone here in food that I never recieved but paid for. They straight up give you 75% of your order and eff up the rest of it. Ive called and complained about 3 completely missing burritos as well as warm lettuce on my bean burrito (theres no lettuce on a burrito.....), and have recieved none of the food I paid for back, nor a refund. The manager I spoke to was very rude and implied I was being selfish for wanting food I paid for. I work retail and I promise, I was incredibly nice and understanding to her despite her horrible attitude. Literally stealing my money.

I usually go to this Taco Bell and its not that bad, but this time I went I got the quesolupa and it was very poorly made, all the sour cream was in the back and Im not really a fan of sour cream but I didnt know it came on it so its not taco bells fault so I was still going to eat it and thought there wasnt sour cream on it until I got to the end of it and all I could taste was sour cream. Also I asked for sweet tea and Im pretty sure they gave me unsweet tea because I am 100% sure that theres was no sugar in that tea.

You are at risk when eating here. The food is old and often unclean. They put stickers on their food so they know when its old, problem is however, instead of throwing old foot out the put new stickers on it. They dont wash dishes, the store manager says just spray it. Often left over food geta stuck and you could be eating old dish food. The staff all are on drugs and often have Criminal records that could effect youre health. Do you reallu want to eat old food, unclean dishes from people that are high?

Customer service is horrible, drive thru worker had a really bad attitude took my order down wrong tried to have her fix it. Still wrong, I get to the window and ask to make sure its right. Still wrong. Go inside and the workers inside give me an attitude as well. Probably the worst taco bel Ive been too. This has happened on more than one occasion. Will not be returning to this taco bel any time soon. Would give a half star if I could. I think 1 is too nice.

There is this lovely lady that works at the register. She is so nice and great with my kids! She remembers us too! She has been the best customer service I have ever received in fast food. The food on the other hand is a completely different issue. I like ordering chalupas, they are always hard from this location like they are old. They make everything so small at this location. My entire order was wrong. Despite the fact that theres a screen with order details literally a foot from tbeir heads. Its not that hard to fulfill an order from a fast food restaurant when you have a screen in front of your face. But of course, when you are the dregs of society what can people expect? Its pure incompetence. This happens every time i come to this location.

2015: Usually this place rocks. But lately. So terrible. If i didnt pay via mobile ordering, i woulda left. 30 minutes in the drive thru. These folk are terrible at life. 2017: just an update. This store still kinda sucks. Pretty sure theres no real hope for it. Sometimes better than some. They practically have a new batch of employees on a weekly basis.

Service was extremely slow. Took about half an hour just to order. By the time we got home, we couldnt even eat the food because the taco shells were so stale which seems to be a consistent thing here. Tried calling to speak to a manager but the line is always busy. Still waiting to here back via email. very disappointed.

If you want a box meal for the ps4 code, dont come to this one. The employees use them. Second time in a week this has happened. Talked to a manager and she said "what yo code not work" before I even finished my sentence. They know about this problem and dont fix it.

Slow. No notification of unannounced closing times. Foods barely cooked to a certain temperature from the time being ordered, then receiving the food in Drive-thru. Worst kinda of standards , yet experienced @ this location. Good luck

Food and staff were good. Understaffed for sure and that is what I attribute the wait time to. They have more business than brains to see that it is a profitable spot and franchise type, with tons of traffic. Be prepared to wait.

Pretty good food, I normally order quite a bit, so the wait time for my order is a little longer than others, but I expect that you know? More food, longer wait. Their food is great though.

My wife is allergic to beans we have been there twice and asked please no beans they ring it up right but they do not make it right, and we drive from Woodlawn which is a 20 min drive.

Never had a bad experience. Food is always good and tastes fresh. Employees are always friendly, especially Dawn, and helpful. This is my favorite Taco Bell to eat at.
