It usually occurs during noon time and afternoon. I placed an order and they gave me different food. I went through the drive thru so in order for me to check, I would take a lot of time and hold up the line. Also the awkwardness when checking my food in front of the drive thru window as they serve me. For example, today for lunch I ordered a simple meal. It was a small chicken tropichop with yellow rice and vegetables, red beans, and tomatoes. I also asked for curry mustard and hot sauces. What I received was a small chicken tropichop with white rice and tomatoes and only hot sauce. This is not the first time they screwed up my order. And when they do screw it up, I dont get the option to rate them on my receipt. When I do get an option to rate them, the food is as I ordered. So note when you go to this restaurant, if they give you a receipt and it does not have a rate us section, expect the food to be bad or not what you ordered. I will not be returning to this restaurant in the near future. And I will not recommend it to anyone. However I would assume the walk-in orders go much better because you have all the time to observe and analyze your food as you order it.

Went to this location two times. Both times in the drive through. Customer service was not welcoming. Straight face, no smile, just stared at you with one worded answers. Its like zombies working a register. Both times food was not well either. The first time I got my food from there, it was almost cold and the chicken was dry and burnt in some areas. Second time, some of the rice was mushy while some was normal. Im thinking that means they put new food ontop of old? Who knows. Steak was so chewy I had to spit it out. I might just try another location. But this one sucks.

Always fresh, hot food and it always tastes homemade. The waiters/servers are also exceptionally nice and the lounge is about as clean as it can be all the time. Besides a lunch rush around noon there is practically no wait and my food gets to me in less than 5 minutes. Ive never seen such a dedicated fast food place in my life and Pollo has exceeded all expectations.

Jesus lord..... the worst tasteless food I have ever had!=== I am from the Caribbean and yal gata do better man... burnt ribs.... poor counter service good waiter service, food bland and very nasty.... They are always inconsistent with their portions or with thier cooking. The chicken is either overly cooked or way under cooked. Every time I ran into a problem and contacted the corporate, they always kept sending me coupons instead of addressing the issues or fixing them. I miss the old company.

This pollo tropical is better than the pollo by the Seminole mall. Portion was bigger, faster, and tasted better. A lot beans and meat. While the one at Seminole put a pound of rice per one ounce of beans and meat. You have to try both. Servers were better and friendlier at this location.

Used to eat there a lot, have not been there in over 10 months. The chicken is always dry and old and hard sometimes the employees seem overwhelmed the wait is not fast appx 15-20 minutes wait. The caribbean soup very good but $2. For a can drink of coco water dannnnnggg! Small parking.

went thru the drive thru and order 2 whole chickens, I got in each box 4 legs and 4 thights. I called 5 times and got a answering machine ,cant even leave a message. wont go back and I will share my experience with everyone .there reward card is not good at good , all a big lie

normally a good experience here with food quality but not today July 8, ordered $10 in wings all 12 were burnt and dried out when i got home with them after leaving their drive thru 10 minutes earlier, waste of $10, bad quality control by whoever let them go in the container.

This location is a dump. I go here with my young son and find every table dirty, all of the sauces area dirty, utensils dirty, bathroom unclean. The staff are not oriented to provide good customer service. If he didnt love it, I would never come here.

Went for just a 1/4 chicken l, no sides, and couldnt believe the dried tiny pieces I paid almost$5 for. Been to others and never had this problem. Terrible. I would never serve this to anyone no matter how much they paid. Its uneatable and now trash!

Pulled pork was good. Even after sitting down an employee offer to refill our drinks and more than once. Their water is also well filtered, as it didnt have that city water taste. Hard to rate a fast food place so well, but they deserve it.

I received wonderful, kind service from the waitresses and the manager taking my orders. The food was good; however, I was disturbed by the roach crawling across the floor and the smell of bug spray at the tables...

The few times we ordered to go from them they were either out or they gave us the wrong order. They did make it up by give us additional free stuff but I had to drive back to correct the order. Food was not bad.

They have redecorated and in the process they decreased the size of their sides. :( My husband calls them sample cups. ☺ We love the chicken, but for the price, the size of the sides now is disappointing.

Drive thru is quick, but sometimes they are too much in a rush to check the bag and make sure you have everything. Salad with no dressing is rather dry. Ill start checking before I leaving from now on.

I think Pollo Tropical has one of the best grilled chicken around. The prices are good and they do have all kinds of sides. I also love their yellow rice with veggies and black bean.
