Chicken salad is good, and theres a unique variety, but for the fourth time, Ive bought to go orders, I havent had my sides added. Its not terribly much but its an increasing annoyance that the cashiers add it to my bill and upcharge me and then do not put the sides in the bag. Its cookies this time because my family quite likes them, but it would be nice to get to actually try them. The rest of the time the food is fine and the service is good, but I dont want forty packets of wheat crackers. I want my sides. Perhaps the store should institute a bag check or ticket check of some sort, because this is tiring. It has never been enough to go back (three or four dollars at most and not worth the drive or getting back into such an awkward location, I only stop by because its on my way from work), but at this point Im out some fifteen dollars over about four trips.

Ok, went the first time and the food was alright, went the second time and the chicken salad sandwich had a very small amount of chicken salad on it, which made it very dry. i asked one of the employees why so little chicken, and she stated they only put one scoop on sandwiches. Also, the sandwich had some funny chewy grisssle stuff in it. The staff was nice and made us another sandwich, which was really kind. The quality is a let down and the lack of much variety( only 1 type of soup, a few soft drink flavors and not much beyond the chicken salad) leaves me to believe this place will not last long in Lake Nona ,as another burger joint closed down a few hundred feet away due to similar issues. The staff was super nice, but i do not see it being here long. i cannot suggest this place, and will not come back.

Chicken Salad Chick may be one of the worst chain restaurants I have ever been to. I was extremely confused about everything–the menu, the staffs explanations, etc. My advice is that you should have pictures right next to each item on the menu so that customers can get a better look/assumption about what a chicken salad is (because I actually thought a chicken salad would be an actual salad with bits of chicken in it) and MAYBE tell your staff to explain things better? Im not trying to be rude, Im just constructive criticizing. Other than that, the food was okay. The Classic Carol wasnt too mayonnaisey or too dry, but after a while it loses its flavor. The Macaroni and desserts are excellent though. Overall, my experience with CSC was bad.

Just opened yesterday so hopefully service will improve as I waited 25 mins in drive thru line. ordered 1/2 original sand - was good although i do prefer celery in my chicken salad. Bread was supposed to be toasted - it was but may have been pre toasted bread as it was very soft. Ordered no tomato but it had tomato. Again hopefully service improves. Also got cup of tortilla soup which i can say was AMAZING and will bring me back for sure.

Good not great yet! Opening week so Im sure that it will get better!Purchased two platters to take home for lunch, was a long wait at the drive through. Had the regular chicken salad and it was very tasty. But it was missed something though, perhaps some pita chips or a bread roll to go with the scope of chicken salad might be good! Im sure we will be back in the next few weeks to try again.

Where do you go to get the best and freshest chicken salad? Well Chicken Salad Chick of course! My wife and I have been going every Tuesday for the past few months (best lemon cookies EVER!!) And never have we been disappointed with the food or the service. Tons of options for different flavor chicken salad! My personal favorite is the Jazzie Julie (just the right amount of spice!).

Here right now, had to write a review immediately! Its Great! Cant believe chicken salad could be so filling and satisfying! 13 flavors; my friend loved the Jalapeño Holly and I liked the classic Carol. The Luau Lydia, Jazzy Julie, Buffalo Barclay & Pimento Cheese were all alright. Each one had a little too much of something but all still in good taste. Great spot for a quick lunch!

It looks like two people left reviews not relevant to this location, as today was their grand opening, and the reviewers have no other reviews, so they are likely fake.

Analysis paralysis when it comes to picking out your perfect flavored chicken! Fairly priced for what you get and friendly helpful staff to make this busy spot easier to order. The seating could be better. When its busy youre shoulder to shoulder inside. Had to eat outside.

Ok Im not a fan of chicken salad but this is really not like all mayonaisey and all that. It was very light and not heavy. This was excellent chicken salad. The staff was excellent and so was the experience. All in all we loved it and will most definitely be back.

Love coming here. The staff are very polite and friendly, and you get try a free sample before you order. So far Ive had the rockin rita, buffalo, southern style, pimento cheese, and original chicken salad. All of them were delicious. Will definitely be back again.

Fast and friendly service. Went through the drive thru and it was very convenient. This is healthy fast food. Reasonably priced. Good portion sizes: not too small or too large. You can get salads, soups, or a variety of sandwiches. Will be going back there soon.

The chicken salad is great. I wish they would mix up the daily specials a little more. Also, the mac and cheese was molten hot like it came out of a microwave. It was so hot that it started tasting like melted plastic from the plastic cup it was served in.

This place is amazing and I am pumped that one is finally close to where I live! They have the most amazing variety of chicken salad, but frankly all of their sandwiches are awesome! Office catering just got a big upgrade.

Me and my picky wife were very satisfied with our food, the chicken salad had good flavor, the croissants were fresh and grape salad was excellent, i have a tree nut allergy so i didnt have the nuts but my wife enjoyed it.

Chicken salads is there specialty but they have excellent alternative sandwiches on the menu. I had the turkey it was very good my wife loved the cranberry chicken salad special. It has to be good to earn that rating.

Love the place, great food, clean and great service. The ONLY thing that bothers me is the parking availability. All the spots are assigned for specific location and it makes it very difficult to get a parking spot.
