I have been eating at chicken king for approximately two years now and never had I ever been through an experience like I did yesterday. I mean they are always in a rush but always seem to give orders correctly. I work 12 hours a day and when I go to a fast food restaurant all I want is fast food and great customer service. They gave me a wrong order. I call and let them know and a guy tells me I can come pick up the order but when i was on my way and called to notify a manager all of a sudden my money that i spent didnt matter and there was nothing they could do . two thumbs down dont think i will be going back :-(

I enjoyed this place for a while, but like they say "many good things come to an end." I placed an order today and asked for an extra piece of fish for $1.50. I sent someone to get my plate because I was at work. Surprise Surprise when I did not get my extra piece of fish. They did not even give me the regular portion. They expected me to send my whole plate back 15 minutes down the road using someone elses gas. Seriously! What ever to happend to putting fourth an effort to make a customer happy. Will never eat here again or send any of my customers to this place!

I called to place an order but had a question about the wing sizes (the count they come in) she stated them so fast that I was unable to hear her. She seemed as if she was aggravated by the tone of her voice. Not a polite person to be taking orders or working for your company. Customer service first and that was poor service. Just lost a customer.

Always great food at reasonable prices. The service can be slow but only because they cook to order and worth the wait. Food is always hot and the quality has never changed in the years I have been eating here. I usually call ahead which shortens the wait quite a bit. I have never had a bad customer service experience here either.

Love this place. Not only does it satisfy my down-home fried chicken craving but it is just down the street! If I walk in it takes 10-20 minutes for my order because its all made when you order not before. I dont care their potato salad but thats just a personal preference.

Food was cold but the order just came up. Onion rings were raw and cold. I also got wings they are frozen wings and they use hooters sauce. Its disgusting. I got there before my order was ready and it was still just terrible do not recommend.

This is guaranteed the number one spot in Rock Hill dont let it sleep on you because its a little shop on the corner. Great people great food great prices much better than your local McDonalds, Burger King and other franchises like that.

Very Bad, I waited about an hour for my food. 2 piece chicken dinner,everybody that came in after me got their food and ate it while I waited and all they could say is sorry

Not a fan of rubber chicken. Got a chicken sandwich and fries the chicken was inedible thank goodness I had fries because I was on my lunch break. Will not return

Good and reasonably priced. Worth the 10 to 20 min wait. Abundant portions, once I got the sea food platter, made 2 meals and still had leftover.

Its cheap and you get large portions. Wait time between 10-20 minutes, but best fries, chicken, cole slaw, hush puppies...need I say more?
