Weve given it four tries since it has opened. None have gone well. Visit 1: opening weekend. Very busy. Had to ask the girl to put more rice on the burrito after she spent a good 10 seconds shaking most of it off the spoon. Visit 2: still busy and slow. same girl at the beginning. Told her I had two items to order. After starting the first item (and asking her once again to add more rice) she complained to her manager that she needed to leave NOW. So she walked away and someone else had to step in. Visit 3: Line was out the door and didnt move after standing there for five minutes. Left and went to Winter Springs location. Visit 4: Ordered online for 7:45 pickup (finally learned our lesson). Got there late (around 8). Husband was told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. Girl complained to my husband that she got "like 30 online orders" all at once. When my husband asked how that was his problem she proceeded to make orders for pick-up at 8 (remember - our pickup time was 7:45). Finally got our food around 8:10 and they wanted to charge full price. Ended up being $10 after more exasperated sighs from the cashier. And of course - there was barely any rice on my burrito. Were going back to the Winter Springs location for now. Service here is slow, workers are rude and simply dont care, and I shouldnt have to continually ask for more than 1/4 cup of rice on my burrito. Also - when our online order says 7:45 pickup that is when it should be ready. If the food is cold because Im running 15 minutes late then thats my problem. If my food isnt ready until 25 minutes after my designated pick up time then its your problem to fix. Tonight was truly the last straw for us. Itll be a long time before we try this location again.

Ive ordered now multiple times and had bad experience each time! Servers are extremely slow... When ordering food they seem to not understand what you are asking for in your order and leave items out and then makes me feel bad for continually telling them its wrong, or having to ask for more! Also, chipotle is know for decent portions... Not putting one small spoon of rice and me having to ask 3 times for more is just mind blowing, along with a half filled salad bowl... I may be the one on a diet, but I would like a salad worth 6 bucks! They should all be trained at the university location or anyother location to help them to learn how to serve properly, you are two min from me and I think I would rather take the drive to university to actually get the quantity and service that chipotle is actually known for!!

First off, this chain is Super popular and has an almost cult following SO, if youre in a hurry at a peak meal time, this isnt where youre going to eat. That aside, at this location, the food is fresh, staff is fast and friendly! Weve been 6 times since it opened. Restaurant has always been clean and a buzz with activity! Burrito bowl is my meal of choice here. My ONLY complaint is the black beans could be thicker (or please, drain them better before adding them to my bowl)...that is a location specific thing...never has happened to me at any other location. I think that will change as the staff gets better and more consistent with prep and serving. Overall, worth the wait.

Its Chipotle - what more needs to be said? Just watch yourself if you place your order online, to go. Ive had a couple of instances where they forget to put the dressing in (if you order a salad). Be sure you double check before you leave. I even got someone elses order one time (same name).

Considering its a new Chipotle restaurant it definitely has its flaws since the majority of the employees are still learning. I give it another month or so until this location becomes more efficient but regardless it is still in a great location and I will still be coming here.

I love Chipotle!!! Fresh, filling, and gaucamole heaven! I have made Chipotle my standard for going out to eat. What you pay at Chiplote and what you get is a huge value. I come out full, or with leftovers, and I feel good about the ingredients. I heart you Chipotle. :D

This is the slowest service I have ever encountered so I tried ordering online...BIG MISTAKE!!! Obviously they cant read because I received lettuce that I didnt order and was missing 2 key ingredients I did order one being an extra charge for ...so beware!

New Chipotle location. Service was pretty slow and distracted at dinner time, but that may be due to it being a newer store with new employees. Not a terrible experience over all. Will probably improve with time.

They forgot my rice. Went back inside and told them very politely and they came back with a full bowl of rice and 2 FREE burrito bowl coupons. Thats amazing customer service right there! Love this location
