The food was good but the first Margarita glass I had, the bottom of it was chipped all around it so badly. Then in my water glass there was a half a empty sugar packet at the bottom, which tells me they never washed the cup. Then my boyfriend got a 2 margarita and HIS glass was chipped on the bottom too. Serious heath and safety violations here. Id hate to see the kitchen. Also, the waitress never came around and I seen her sitting down at a table with maybe her kids? And when I ordered she never asked me hard or soft tacos and they brought out hard when I wanted soft. Other waiters were helping us more than she was.

While on a road trip, my guy and I were really craving some yummy mexican food. I read reviews online and figured we would give this one a shot. I am so glad we did! The food was fantastic. I had the pineapple fajita quesadilla, and my guy got a chimichanga. I would order either of them any day. The margarias were quite good too. I am looking forward to our next road trip so we can stop in again. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food came out super fast, the establishment was nice and clean. This is a great place to eat.

Awful. Our server, Franklin, was super slow and spent more time flirting with ladies at other tables than the total time spent with us (husband, my friend, and me). We waited at least 40 minutes after our flan was served to pay. No refills, of course. We all eventually stood up because he was nowhere in sight. Eventually he got the gist. Plus, Franklin became exasperated when asked to explain menu specifics. The food itself was average at best. I will not be returning.

Indescribable! My husband and I moved here from Texas and didnt think wed find a great Mexican restaurant. Agaves is the best Mexican restaurant Ive ever been to. Cucumber pineapple margarita was on point...the sopa maya was to die for! The seafood queso dip...I cant control myself. Lechon asada was fresh and the perfect blend of Mexican and South American...the portions are huge so expect to share or take home leftovers. Noms noms!

First time in and loved the atmosphere. Plenty of things to look at including artsy seating and plenty of TVs. Staff were great and food was excellent. I had the lunch and it was more than enough. Chips and salsa were excellent with thin crispy chips and nice salsa. Chili Relleno was great with added ground beef for an extra buck. I will be back for lunch or dinner soon.

My first visit and I doubt that I will ever go back. First of all the chips were overcooked and bland. I ordered the taco salad because I love the crispy bowls they come in but the taco shell was rancid and uneatable. Also the meat was very suspect. Maybe from Taco Bell. Not impressed at all. Even worse I came home with indigestion.

Food here is great, but the service needs work. They are not attentive and never come back and ask if you need anything. Trying to pay your bill takes 30 minutes. They all are just in their own world. What type of service is that? I work is the service industry and would never treat my customers with such lack of acknowledgment.

Food is great, service is absolutely terrible. After you finally get your food ordered it might as well be self-service from there. Had to ask multiple times for drink refills and napkins, then at some point asked for more salsa and never saw the waiter again until he brought the check. Absolutely ridiculous.

I go here quite often with family and always have an amazing experience. the service is great, the food is amazing, and you cant beat happy hour all day every day 2 for 1. I work at a hotel in ormond and recommend this establishment to everyone who asks about God reading in the area. Always a5 start for me.

In town working from out of state, I have nothing bad to say at all. Ive been here several times over 2 weeks, the wait staff are all very friendly and helpful. My drink was never empty and the food is absolutely superb. If youre wanting great salsa, hot chips and delicious food, this is the place.

Typical authentic mexican joint. We tried a variety of things. Best thing was Verde enchilada. Had both pulled and grilled chicken neither were particularly good. Queso is white, not orange. Fruit margaritas were sickeningly sweet. El Jeff had a bite. Highlight of the dinner was the churros.

I have never posted a rating ever. This place was the bomb! Presentation was gorgeous, portions were huge and the wait staff was superb. The restaurant is so festive you feel like youre in Mexico, highly recommend. P.S. two for one margaritas are a bargain, woo-hoo, well be back!

Delicious, fresh, authentic flavor. The chips and salsa are so fresh and yummy they even have a white salsa. The white salsa is more of cream sauce with a zing. I Have tried chicken, pork and beef dishes all awesome. They serve Pepsi products, tea and adult beverages.

Great drink specials awesome food. Come here once and your hooked. My family moved here in May, and try to get there once a week. Indoor and outdoor seating, plenty of easy parking, we love to make it a date night and hit the regal theatre after a bite to eat.

This is the perfect place to go for a quick bite to eat at lunch or at dinner! The food is piping hot and deliciously authentic...the service super fast and friendly. The restaurant is clean and the wait staff attentive. What a delightful place to dine!!!

I went there on Valentines Day with my mom and my daughter. We didnt have to wait we went right in and sat down. The food was awesome they made homemade guacamole right in front of us. The waiters where great. I would definitely go back very soon.

We ordered take out- it was pure sloppy dog food.... and they forgot tortillas for the chili verde. $45 for these 3 meals- horrible excuses of Mexican food...Go to Tia Coris.... it would cost a lot less and they know what they are doing there. Bummer

Great happy hour specials.. delicious margaritas! The entree portions are beyond generous, enough for two people, really. Really friendly servers & wait staff in a warm, lively and friendly atmosphere. Outdoor seating is also available.

Went for lunch and was not impressed at all. The chips were hard and stuck together. The food was just fair and the server didnt come back to refill drinks or see how everything was. Would definitely not go back!

One of my favorite places in Daytona/Ormond Beach area! You cannot beat the raspberry chipotle wings for $5 during happy hour at the bar. Nor can you be the two-for-one Sangrias which are huge and delicious.

Awesome place and food! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, and the food is authentic. The ceviche was a large portion and wonderful. The pineapple fajitas were amazing! I highly recommend!

Best Tex Mex in the area. I really enjoy the large portion and the fajitas are simple and yummy. Be sure to ask for the spicy salsa if you like some heat. Also good drink specials everyday.
