Outstanding service. I was on lunch break and the entire staff was friendly and quick. I was greeted with a quick welcoming before I ordered and I was greeted again when I wanted my salsa. I remember the guy Colin because he made sure I got my drink in a decent manner and time. He was funny too. I almost forgotten I was rushing on my break. The cashier had an amazing smile and the girl next to her making the drinks before we come down. I would MOST DEFINITELY RETURN. Very quick service, good food and friendly staff. Very pleased with this location.

Employees look like they dont want to help you and are very unhelpful when you ask them something. They barely pay attention to what you say and forget what you tell them so you have say your request multiple times. The cashier asked the drink guy to pour me a sweet tea twice but the guy just did nothing and waited 3 minutes to look at me and ask what I needed. I told him what I needed and he had the audacity to not even give me any ice. If you value your dignity do not come here.

In line to pay for my steak bowl, my wife was embarrassed when asked why was the price higher. The cashier said is because you added guacamole but dont pay because you are upset. She was embarrassed cause was not asking anything for free and wanted to pay. Manager came and charged her without giving her a receipt. What an attitude from this place and Manager . My Son and talk to the General Manager and he didnt even apologize.

One visit was enough for this chipolte. The staff was very unhelpful and rude. The woman at the cash register made us wait a considerable amount of time an online PREPAID order. She literally had to hand us the bag and that was it lol. Ive never seen burritos so small in my life, which I noticed was only the case for the online order. I would beware. Food was pretty cold. Just unfortunate because I love chipolte.

Best food in the food court by far!! Line is always long(a good sign), but the efficient staff goes through it very fast. Spoke to the manager once and he was very friendly and asked how our experience was, thats an extra in my book. I like my bowl a little different than most and they always accommodate this to my wishes! Ill be back there again and again...

THE WORST CHIPOTLE LOCATION I HAVE GONNE IN MY LIFE. The employees are unhelpful, they dont pay attention, the food looks nasty and on top of that they dont have enough food! They were serving me the leftovers so I had to leave. UNBELIEVABLE. Its sad to go one of my favorites fast food restaurants and see this! ¡The worst customer service ever!

Come here at least 1-2x a week for lunch since I work in a nearby office building. Never experienced bad service or issues with the food. Employees are friendly and fast. As with any Chipotle if you are there between 1150a-130p it will be packed during the lunch rush hour so I always come early to beat the rush.

A friend of mine found a hair in their bowl. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I went a few times & ordered a salad to then find a lady bug in it. Employees are very careless about how they talk to one another as well....on a good note any other chipotle restaurant is addicting.

Overpriced army-style service. The hype is greater than the taste and experience. Very dissatisfied. Steak was overcooked, dry and chewy. Should have eaten at a sit down restaurant for better food, service and experience for virtually the same price.

Never thought Id have to give a Chipotle 2 stars. Ive been to this location a few times.The portions are very generous, but we always toss it out because the food is constantly under cooked. We will be sticking to the Sand Lake location.

I have to say that tonight has been one of my best experiences at this location. Usually the lines are very long but this time I was able to get in and out smoothly. The cashier was super nice and definitely will be coming back.
