From the moment my wife and I walked in the door we immediately felt unwanted. Employees and customers alike staring as we determined if we were supposed to seat ourselves or wait for assistance. After a few moments of awkward motioning between the two employees were we seated. 10 minutes later another family walked in, was immediately seated, and before we were even asked for a drink order this other family was able to place in their entire order. More to come as our visit is still in progress. As we waited for our food we got to witness another family get ignited. After our food arrived after women walked in and was ignored for about 15 minutes, her significant other walked in and they waited another 10 minutes then just sat themselves. A Vietnamese family of 6 walked in after those 2 sat down and the family of six was immediately sat, and their order was being taken. By this time about 30 minutes had gone by for the family of 2 and they left. Basically I will never return to this establishment, and I suggest if you are not Eurasia that you avoid this place. Regarding the food, my garlic stir fry was fresh, vegetables were crisp, it was not thai hot as requested, with the beef a little bland, however with a quick stirring if pepper flakes it was if desired heat level.

I had a horrible experience. Went out to lunch to this restaurant with my friend who is allergic to Seafood. Convince her to go since they may have vegetables and chicken. When my friend ordered her food specifically told the waitress that she was allergic to seafood and that she can die. The orders took a long time to come. My other friend asked for lemon and had to ask for it three times. When we asked for the status of our food that waitress gave us an attitude and told us that she was taking care of the big table behind us and that they were first. When I looked back it was a table of six. They finally brought our food and when my friend took a bite it had oyster sauce. The waitress didnt even come to our table to apologize for her mistake. Another lady from the restaurant took the food and said she was going to through it away. I told her that instead of throwing it away I could take it home. When I looked at my bill they charged me for the food that almost killed my friend. This is unacceptable. I will never go back to this place. The place always smells really bad and they are so rude. I always tolerated everything but the fact that they didnt apologize to my friend and wanted to charge us for our food makes think twice about coming to this place again.

Pho was like water. Tendon under cooked, meatballs had a saltpeterish taste. Chicken in tom ka gai was very tough. I mentioned this to the waitress, her response was "I will tell the mgr." She then came and told us that he said it was a second batch and it was tough but basically, oh well. I paid and didnt leave a tip. As we are packing the kids back into the van, a man with a chefs hat confronted us in the parking lot. He asked If I knew that gratuity wasnt included in the bill. I explained that they had served us crap food and he started to argue with me. I asked if he was the manager that had basically said oh well to our complaint, he said he was the owner. Wow. Really? Chase my family and I out to the parking lot and argue with me? If you want good pho, go to one of the real vietnamese restaurants in little Saigon(downtown). I have eaten lots of Vietnamese and Thai food from California to here. This was not good at all. ON THE WAY HOME, MY EIGHT YEAR DAUGHTER STARTED TO VOMIT ALL OVER THE CAR, MY WIFE AND I NOW HAVE DIARRHEA AND DONT FEEL WELL. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE!!! I hope my review was helpful and you have a great meal, even if you make the mistake of walking in here. HAPPY EATING We just

Great, fresh, flavorful food and massive portions (usually to be expected at a good Pho shop, but seemingly difficult to find out here if reviews of other places are to be trusted); my fiancee and I both had leftovers and usually we can clear our bowls with ease. I got the Pho Dac Biet (sp?) and was very happy with the meat portions and the quality of the broth and the fresh bean sprouts and basil. He got the red curry, Thai hot, and was very impressed with the fact that it was indeed Thai HOT (which is very hot; as someone who doesnt do spicy, I had a tiny nibble and couldnt feel the tip of my tongue after). We havent been so well fed since the last time we were in Little Saigon in San Diego. The atmosphere is wonderfully cozy, and the everyone there is very happy and attentive. Id also like to add that what could have been a very messy situation with a couple of vagrants (one of which was obviously strung out) was handled quickly and gracefully. Definitely worth the 30 minute drive through pouring rain that we took to satisfy my craving for Thai tea and a big bowl of pho. And it is definitely a drive well be taking again and again in the future. THANK YOU, VIET THAI!!

Im writing this with the hope that the owner reads this. Ive eaten at this place many times over. I know the 2 brothers takes turn preparing the food at this place. My problem here is the food is very inconsistent. Usually very good(which is why we come back a lot) but not so good at times. My favorite dish there, Pad See Ew is very inconsistent. The sauce is often very light in flavor as its a bit bland at times. We ate there recently and what I saw was a bit perplexing. Neither one of the brothers was cooking the food but its the "help" that was cooking our food. Hes a Hispanic guy that usually help out in the back and help with various items. None of the food we at that day was bad but it wasnt great either. OK was best to describe it. I hope this trend doesnt continue as when I go there Im expecting one of the 2 main chefs cooking for us.

Great Pho. Delicious rich broth with good flavor, could taste the freshness. Good amount of beef and veg as well. I also had the Korean style short ribs with rice which where great, didnt even need the dipping sauce, though, I used it anyway cause it was really good too, lol. Service was fantastic. Fast and friendly. Never had an empty drink and the young lady (Malyna, I believe) who started me off was very patient and helpful as I tried to find the picture of the beef ribs I wanted on this google review site. I was greeted directly upon walking in, allowed to sit anywhere I wanted, and taken care of promptly as well. Overall, I will certainly be back, if not just for the Pho alone which is the best Ive had in the Orlando area so far. Easy 5 stars.

Food is great and the service is too - typical lunch and dinner spot, very busy at lunch especially... a sign they are doing it right... I LOVE THE SOUP ! Pho is the best in Orlando - The brisket is fresh, tasty and in nice big pieces (not little thin slices and bits like other places), tendon is perfect, small / thin noodles (both properly "springy"), broth is lite and very flavorful, as is anything else in that bowl! Curry is great (all of them), Fried Rice is great, Pepper Steak is Great... Consistently good food, time after time... I am a regular at lunch time. I search out good Asian food across America, and cook it at home as well. The chef here cooks great food, and they are all nice people as well. Hope you will enjoy Viet Thai Café too!
