My husband and I took my omni mom here and we all loved it!! I had the mushroom sandwich on sourdough with the sweet potato queso, the mushrooms were tender and had a great flavor and the queso was the best Ive ever had. My husband had the buffalo 66 as a wrap and with half grains half greens. The Tempeh was seasoned really well and he said its the best wrap hes ever had. My mother got the sweet potato burrito. The wrap is grilled and there were crunchy bits in the burrito, so its got a good texture. She said it was delicious and would order it again. The kombucha on tap was lightly bubbly and not sweet. I had the peppermint lavender, and loved the lavender after taste, its my new favorite. My husband had the lemon ginger kombucha and it is not for the faint of heart. It has a great and strong ginger flavor which he loved. The people working there are really nice, helpful, and accomadating with no attitude. The owner helped us navigate the menu and gave us great suggestions of other vegan places to check out in the area. Overall, 10/10 would recommend!

When I first walked in with some non vegan friends I was happy with the way the place looked very alternative looking. We sat down and ordered our drinks... the tea house had two other tables; one that was eating and the other that was paying. The waitress took close to 20 minutes to get our drinks (she wasnt the only person working there either). The food we ordered that should have taken maybe 15 minutes took closer to 30. I also thought it was outrageous that each drink was $3 no refills on soda here. The portions were not huge and their sides are served in a shot glass... Im not kidding. The one good thing I have to say about this place is that the food is good, and I know how hard it is to find vegan food. So if you want good food in small portions, and terrible service than this is the place for you. I may be more critical than the average hippie that goes in there because I work in the food service industry and take pride in my service to my guests. They clearly are not interested in service, just looking trendy.

Dandelion was my first true love in Orlando at least from a culinary standpoint. I always get the same thing, the classic grilled cheese on sourdough with a side of quaso. It is my comfort food and when the time comes to leave The City Beautiful this establishment with be deeply missed. I always call ahead and my food is always ready for me in the 10 minutes it takes me to get there. I make a point to try and sit outside as much as possible but depending on the time of day it can get crowded but I see this as a great thing because it means the Cafe is doing well and people are always enjoying themselves. The menu accommodates everyone even those hard to please meat eaters, like myself. Do yourself a favor and order the tea of the day and try as many as possible, although Moroccan Mint will always hold a special place in my heart. If the staff are being standoffish or even on the brink of coming off as rude remember they are human too and strike up a conversation they are all great individuals. I LOVE this place.

The last time I was there was at dandelion cafe giddyup monday. I ordered the giddy up with the goddess dressing that cost me 12.67 with a drink and a vegan cookie. I didnt bothered to check again since I trusted the lady checking the order. So I left to my partners car and we drove off. I realized they forgotten my goddess dressing and the chips. I was disappointed by that and I wished the lady confirmed my order exactly how I ordered it. A coworker from dandelion cafe expressed how much they dont like working there along with few other people who expressed the same way. I was surprised by this since they always smile and greeted people. I happened to listen to one conversation at drunken monkey and two others from the pud down Mills avenue. If I was the owner of the Dandelion Cafe establishment, I find people who are compassionate about their jobs with pride and honor rather than disgust and dismay. How can you hate vegetarian food and work there?! Just awful.

A friend and I came here yesterday on a recommendation from a friend and we were not disappointed. The place is very unassuming and at first we thought we were lost (as it is a converted home just off of Colonial). The atmosphere was so relaxed and has a very homely, family feeling to it. This particular evening there was live music inside and the weather was gorgeous, so we sat outside. You order inside first and they serve it to you. I had a Fluffer Nutter sandwich and my friend had the Black Bean Burrito. We were seriously blown away. They were so flavorful and perfectly made. This morning, we were still talking about how tasty they were! Their tea of the day was delicious too! I recommend you ask whats on tap and just try it. Youll probably be pleasantly surprised by the different flavors and types they have. The price was very reasonable and I definitely think well be coming back again despite the fact that we are not vegans. The food was that good!

I hate to give any place that is this cool a low rating. I have to admit, they have a few issues. The atmosphere is great. Its nice to see the clever almost "bed and breakfast" home style feel. The staff is nice, and if you are a native chances are you know someone working there. That is why its painful to say that the food is downright bland. I have tried most things on the menu, hoping I would be proven wrong. But, no.... All of the dishes are rather uninspired, and lack the "umph" I would like to see in vegetarian dining. Its sad to say that because they have a wonderful business model, and really reach out to the community. They hold many functions to spread awareness of multiple social issues, they support local artist, and even insist that their team members ride bikes over driving a car. I would like to see them flourish for that... But.. I think they need to get out of the protests, and back to kitchen. (at least until they get the chili right)

Its been a year since Ive been to dandelion namely because the service there is usually bad the women are rude and the people that patronize the place there rude too. Now decided to check it out again and dealt with the same Awful people. The guy who took my order was nice but the women that work there are psycho rude and weird. The idiots that patronize the place have no problem cutting in line in front of others as the guy in front of me did to the guy in front of him. Female with weird striped hat employee was rude and snide. I go to restaurants all the time. There is good and bad service everywhere. But dandelion strangely always stands out with the worst service rudest patrons and employees. How weird is that. I get zero good vibes when I go there just jerks and losers Overall the idiots that go to this place have no manners are rude as heck and the women that work there are crazy rude and going there is always a bad experience.
