Got a "sandwich" with some stuff sprinkled on the side of the bread. When I asked what that was supposed to be they started reciting to me the ingredients of what I had ordered. I wasnt sure if that was a joke at which I was supposed to laugh or they were simply being smart about it. Manager walked away as soon as I walked up with the sandwich and didnt want to hear what was going on. If youre so busy that you cant make a proper sandwich at least put up a sign saying so. Plenty of other places that are perfectly capable.

I had not been at this location for a couple of months, but did not find the service level or basic cleanliness to be very good during this visit. There were two young ladies at the register that could not smile. Almost every table was dirty even though it wasnt busy. I cleaned my own table. About 30 minutes later, someone starts to vacuum, but the tables remained dirty. I used to enjoy the service at this location, but its not the same anymore.

I love penera bread but really hate the service at this location. Rush time for lunch, the employees just stand and talk to each other...just keep a quick glance to the line and ignore it. No need to tell management because they are also the same c###p.

Always good for comfort food! This place is usually pretty busy of students and adults alike studying and chatting. Their Mac and cheese is amazing and their lemonade is spectacular as well. You can never go wrong here!

I went in for a late lunch today, having not a clue about what I wanted. My server, Athena, was superb! She described everything to me and helped me to complete my order! And it was quick and delicious!!!

Was extremely disappointed that they ran out of sourdough soup bowls since thats always what I order but I had the Chicken Kale salad instead and it was really yummy!

Like any other restaurant/fast food their restroom needs urgent attention. Carpet dirty and trash. Food and service good. Came again different day and hasnt changed.
