If I could give this 0 stars I would. If you go in to eat youll be fine but if you order online they will mess up your order. They had to redeliver 4 times in one day because they couldnt get the order right. It has become a joke at the office what will they mess up this time? Its a shame too because Pita Pit has pretty good food. The people working there seem like they are always high and the delivery person with the nose ring is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Avoid this location at all cost if you dont want a headache.

Ive ordered here for delivery a number of times. 1 out of 4 times they are substantially late (20 minutes or more). Today I ordered, and it has been 1 hour and 45 minutes, when the order was supposed to take 45 for delivery. I called the store twice with no answer after 10 rings. I had to call the online order operator to get a refund. The manager of Pita Pit should be ashamed. As a business owner, I know I would be. At least I wont have to wait much longer for food, Jimmy Johns to the rescue!

This place used to be really good, my last visit was not so pleasant. The place was dirty, the soda machine was broken, and the grill didnt look like had cleaned in a while. As a matter of fact I could see old food still on the grill that was all burned up and sticking to it . Then to top it off homeless people would randomly come in and beg customers for money.... They allowed it . Guess this place is more "pit" than pita now ......

I placed an order online, and it said it would be about an hour wait. My card was charged and its now been two hours and counting I still havent got my order or received any phone calls that it would be (way) late. I keep trying to call the phone number and it just rings and rings. Not sure what is going on, but this is a little ridiculous.

Really not very good quality food. Pita was average, there were side choices on the menu that were not actually available. No Tea, no drinks other than Coke products. Over priced, horrible interior layout. Just flat all around bad.

The previous reviewer hit the nail on the head. The new management very publicly degraded the kids working there... I felt really bad for them. Food expensive and I was hungry shortly after I ate. No thanks

Im sure the food is just like any other Pita Pit...but DONT use the ATM. It charges a standard $2.50. Then it takes an additional $2.00 out via a separate transaction. Thanks for being honest.

Despite being relatively empty (I think I was one of 3 customers in the 45min or so I was there) when I visited this location, the staff was really pushy and tried to rush me along.

Love it!! Im a vegetarian and there are very few places to eat downtown that offer good vegetarian food. Lots of options for every eater. Staff is very nice and efficient.

I was here downtown for lunch the food was good and tasty and the staff handled a decent rush they had no life or straws so thats why the rating is lower then it sounds.

Drunk or NOT it is most delicious! Beats subway, publix, fast food, and dare I say pizza? Ok ok I love pizza, but its by far a new favorite. The hummus here is on point!
