Great waitress! Service staff over the top! Hostess a bit ditsy. Got there around 5 pm. Seated quickly. Hostess gives us our menus. 1 free meal because my daughters a Vet, thank you! Food is great...BUT...the bill is a little heavy. Why? Because the hostess gave us Lunch menus, that showed lunch prices, but did not specify that it was a "lunch menu", I checked. "After 4 pm the prices go up" almost 95%!?! All you can eat soup and salad went from $5.98 to $10.98. Why would the hostess give us lunch menus after 4 pm? The manager claims I, "asked the waitress for a lunch menu." I never saw that manager before! I had my menu before the waitress arrived. Why would a waitress even bring me a lunch menu at dinnertime? I dont appreciate being argued with by a manager trying to justify over-charging a customer. A special occasion spoiled by slight-of-hand trickery on behalf of the hostess and a manager flat-out lying to my face and treating me rudely in front of other customers. Food-waitress-great!

Finally went back to give another try after finding a caterpillar in the salad a couole mo ths ago. Made a to-go order and go in to pick up. They call whomever although 5 people are standing there talking. A to-go order is on the table, but i assume it is someone elses since none of the 5 people start getting it ready. 15 min later someone comes out and of course the food sitting there is mine. Horrible service! Never have these issues at other Olive Garden restaurants.

The food mediocre at best. The server was good but they had a trainee that took our order. Not only did she not write the order down but it was also the wrong dish. My husband was almost done with his meal before the replacement meal arrived. Unfortunately the meal was ill prepared and was nothing like what I expect from Olive Garden. The primary server did his best to make amends and while I appreciate his efforts we will never eat there again.

Good food and decent service. Just the only thing I have a problem with is a certain waitress that has a nasty habit of adding to the tip amount on a credit card. The issue has been addressed both times with the manager and the money was refunded, but what irks me is that the person still has a job when the manager themselves stated that it wasnt the first time it had happened with that particular waitress.

Olive Garden has been one of my top rated restaurants, till they started throwing things like chicken on "top" of the lasagna like a low rated fast food restaurant just to give it another name. Shame on you guys. Whats wrong with shredding the chicken and putting it "inside" the lasagna so not to mash out the bottom ingredients. The new trends are >looking cheaper< and "less" stylish. Sad indeed.

Food is all right, its definitely not as fresh as its advertised to be. I have been there SEVERAL times when the hostesses dont seem to know how to run the seating routine, and a 30 minute wait turned into 60 and we ended up going somewhere else. This is a problem - once is a mistake, can be overlooked no problem. FOUR TIMES is ridiculous.

Lovely Tuscan themed Italian restaurant. Servers are courteous, friendly, and helpful. Absolutely love their Zupa Tuscana soup and the hot and fresh bread sticks. I have never had a bad meal there and the experience is always pleasant and relaxing. Highly recommend this to people who have never been there.

There Food there is Reall Excellent and there prices really arnt that high and i dont order whats on Special and the wait will this time of the YEAR i dont mind, and there Garlic or Bread sticks i tend to not eat much of those but nomaly order atleast 2 apprtizers and drinks

we had a party of 7 adults and are all extremely pleased with the service and attention we recieved from a Hispanic Lady and Black American male . Both were very attentived and never missed a beat. The food was very good and not over priced.

For right after hurricane Irma (Im talking 6 days) and we live in the 2 hardest hit county in Florida . I think they did an amazing job. The food could have been a little hotter but that famous Olive Garden taste was there.

The food was Great , the place was very nice , The prices were right, But the service sucks, You have to wait forever to get more salad , not enough sauce on pasta dishes. And 1 Mint per person. I dont know if ill go back.

We stop here on the way to Orlando. Staff have always been helpful and willing to make your dining experience great. Food is usually nice and hot and tasty. Inside could use an update as most Olive Gardens could.

The food was horrible, they said they "ran out" of all of their soups and breadsticks. The waitress was forgetful and messed up our order. Very disappointed, I would have rather gone next door and gotten fast food.

Soup was delicious; Salad was soggy. UTENSILS WERE DIRTY, BADLY WATER STAINED AND CAKED ON FOOD. Not the first time this has happened with dirty UTENSILS. Waitress was good, went out of her way to please.

A good store in this chain. Friendly waitress and fast service. We sat in the booth in the bar area. Quiet :) That hazelnut molten cake is good! Dont eat too much so you can get it!
