I live in New York and so came across Sweet City Cupcakes when I was searching for a local place in St. Augustine to deliver cupcakes for my father and sisters birthday. I left a voicemail and sent an email after they had closed for the day and they got back to me first thing in the morning right after they opened! I was instantly impressed with the immediate dedication to communication with their guests. Their website is very easy to navigate and helpful when you are looking for cupcakes that cater to special dietary needs. I was specifically looking for ones that could be made both gluten and dairy free and it stated right on the website under each flavor which ones could be made gluten free and/or dairy free (another helpful attention to detail that was NOT missed). I spoke directly with the owner (Nicole Stewart) who was beyond polite and friendly and helpful with all of my requests that I had. Not only did they have the flavors that I wanted in stock as gluten free and dairy free, but they were able to deliver the same day that I ordered. Payment was easy as they take credit cards over the phone and will email you a receipt of your purchase as well. Nicole was also incredibly accommodating with my request to include a special hand written birthday note with the cupcakes, AND a note that specified the cupcakes were gluten free and dairy free. The cupcakes were delivered that day and the recipients were absolutely thrilled! They said that not only were they stunningly beautiful (I sent 3 Black & White, 3 Double Chocolate, 3 Elvis and 3 Peanut Butter Cup), but that they tasted heavenly as well. All I have to say is WOW. Thank you Nicole and Sweet City Cupcakes for helping me to make this a stress-free birthday celebration and for going above and beyond to make it an incredible experience for myself as the purchaser, and my family who received them. I will be back time and time again and HIGHLY recommend them whether you are looking for something sweet for yourself or for your loved ones as a gift. Far exceeded my expectations!

Living with Celiac, its so incredibly hard to find Gluten Free desserts. Sweet City Cupcakes has definitely come to the rescue! Ive had their gluten free cake and some cupcakes and they are all amazing!! Dana can customize most of their flavors to be gluten free and the decorations are just so adorable =]

These are the best cupcakes I have EVER had. Try the Salted Caramel Cupcake... youll want to eat 6 of them! The half dozen and dozen orders come in beautiful Tiffanys-style blue boxes... all natural ingredients...great dessert caterers for parties of ALL SIZES!
