Been a weekly shopper since the store opened. And over the last 2 years Ive seen a decline in service. Chip who was the original Store GM was great and the store functioned well. But now Ive experience long lines mid-day with Staff Clumps of Managers watching the hold up and doing nothing. I timed it last time, waited in the check out line for 12 minutes before. The best employee there "Jonathan" noticed the line called for assistance and opened another register meanwhile two managers were still chatting away by the Ice chest not 7 feet away from the formed line at 3pm on a Wednesday. And I was close enough to hear the conversation to know if wasnt about "politically correct" employee gossip. The decline in service was really noticed when the Assistant GM left a few months back. Will say this the Deli Team has their stuff together, too bad it takes 15 minutes to pay for the sandwich.

Waited 30 mins for a sandwich that was placed online to be picked up. Watched the guy try and make them while he had walk ups that he had to serve before my sandwiches. Whats the sense of ordering online if your sandwich doesnt get made. To make it worse the asst manager was there loading up lemonad while one guy slaved to make 5 to go tickets and get the walk ins. Not efficient and last time Ill order anything from the deli.

This store stocks most items anyone would have on a shopping list. Every employee I encountered on my several visits to this clean, well managed facility was genuinely anxious to be of assistance. I congratulate the management of this specific store and Publix for fostering an atmosphere that provides such a fine experience.

The three people at the deli making subs very not very friendly. I waited a few mins to order my sub which is no big deal but the whole time i stood there no one greeted me or even looked up from what they were doing to acknowledge that i was there. It was not busy I was the only person in line. I recently moved to the area. This was my first impression of this store. No a good one. I expected more from Publix.

I have been shopping in this store since opening and loved going there all the time because of excellent customer service with Chip and the manager after him. They were awesome and very helpful. Now I dont even enjoy the shopping experience as the staff are not helpful and also look angry . They shouldnt be in this kind of work. There are still a handful of very nice and helpful staff.

The pharmacist go out of their way to make sure that you can get the medicines that you need or advice that can help you pick out an over the counter medicine the will help you get better quicker . they have stayed late and squeezed your script in so you dont have to be wait to long and these are the reasons we moved our medicines to Publix where shopping is a pleasure

The store looked better today than in previous visits, as far as being stocked. Unfortunately four different items I always buy, they no longer stock, and their prices have gotten so much higher than any of their competitors, I decided not to finish my shopping their. I have never minded paying a little more before, but the price increases are just too much.

Stacey in the Deli is superb and truly a wonderful asset to the Publix family. She was very kind and very helpful. I inquired with another employee if they had any chicken tenders and they were quick to say no and Stacey over heard. She proceeded to go to the back and get some. Thank you Stacey!

FYI...Publix buys and sells imported seafood from Asia. Shrimp is from Indonesia! They obviously dont care about their customers health. FDA only inspects 2% of shipments and tests only .01%.
