Honestly... its as bad as people are saying. Eaten there twice, both times orders have been messed up and the wait is ridiculous. Its supposed to be fast-casual dining, I shouldnt have to wait for 30-45 minutes. My first experience started out great (they were very accommodating to my dietary needs) but as the wait went on, I knew something had to be wrong. My salad came out with chicken on it (I dont eat any animal products) after we had just been told by an employee that they were out of chicken, turkey and ham. It made no sense. Last night definitely takes the cake. We ordered to go and my sandwich was messed up twice, gave me yogurt in my smoothie when I asked for none and gave me a completely different smoothie than what I ordered. They gave us a box of pastries for the inconvenience but no one in the house really eats that stuff so its kind of a waste. Instead of giving away free pastries every time they mess up, they need to ensure their staff and training is up to par. Portions are ridiculously small and its expensive. I wanted to love this place, I hope they get it together. Like someone else said... leave it to Brunswick to mess things up.

Worst Panera Ive ever been in. Asked for bread with soup to go but it wasnt in the bag (Shouldve looked) Asked for no mayo on sandwhich, sub mustard. Got home to a sandwich with soggy bread that completely fell apart with mayo and mustard all over it and no onion like described. Salad had one piece of chicken and everything else completely squished into the roof of the box. Tried calling a few times while they were slow just to mention it to manager and no one answered. I understand its a new place and was going to be very nice maybe just keep an eye on the to-go crew. Ill never go again. But hey, at least it was fast..

Went for lunch with grandmother. We both ordered panini sandwiches, got drinks, chips, all good from the cashier. It took 20 minutes for us to get our sandwiches, only for them both to be incorrect. Grandmothers was not a panini, mine was something totally not what Id ordered with a spicy sauce. We checked our ticket, we ordered correctly and somehow the order didnt get mixed up with anyone else, just were made totally wrong. So we had to wait another 20 minutes for our actually ordered food to get to us... Pros: clean, great drink selection. Lots of staff.

fabulous, clean, healthy restaurant to eat in, thats different from all the other fast food joints around. Numerous choices of different items . I love the fact that you can sit down at a table and order from your phone or either you can go stand in line and order. Service is fast and efficient. They have a rewards program The restaurant is opened brightly, its neat, comfortable and sleek. Its very close to the interstate and easily accessible to many stores, shopping centers, and the mall. AWESOME FOOD!!!!

For the amount of food that is served to you here, it is vastly overpriced. On top of that, out of the three times weve gone since opening, they have messed up our orders. Make sure to check that everything is right before leaving the drive thru. And check your tea to make sure it is sweet instead of unsweet. It was a big surprise for me to find out it wasnt sweet.

This location 3 stars! Panera bread 5 stars! Drive thru could not get my pick 2 order correct. I had to go inside to correct the sandwich mistake, but it was professional to see the manager cut into his break to correct my order. Once I got back onto the road, I noticed they did not get my salad order correct. Ill skip this location next time!

Three stars because this company has a heart and donates unused food to local food banks. Other than that. I was not impressed with the ham and Swiss cheese sandwich. Frankly, I could have made a better one at home. The cup of tomato soup tasted more like Prego than soup. Great eye appeal, but very expensive and not much bang for the buck.

Could be better, could be worse. The first few times we visited this location they were out of bread... At Panera Bread Company? Theyve since improved, but its a 50/50 chance that our order is correct. The staff is decent, but also 50/50 chance of them being courteous or completely lost.

Food was good. (A bagel and 2 smoothies to go). But the restroom was out of toilet tissue in one stall. When I informed an employee she "sorry thats all we have". Yikes. If I were the manager, I would have headed to Walmart to buy toilet paper.

Always out of regular menu items. When they do have them half the time they are improperly made. I understand this is a new store but I also frequent panera bread in Hinesville and savannah and never have this problem.

The staff were very friendly and the outdoor area was clean and pleasant. Without our prompting, a staff member even took the initiative to come outside to our table to bring a bowl of water for our dog!

The food is usually good, unless theyre out, which is quite often. The staff is a mixed bag, some care but others obviously dont. The order ahead function has yet to be accurate when Ive used it.

We had no issues on our visit. The employees were nice and helpful, and the Asiago, Bacon, & Cheese sandwich was delicious and larger than I thought it was going to be.
