Not one to complain too often, but this is probably the worst Panera Ive seen. Ive only seen two other Paneras in Orlando, but amongst the fairly empty seating area I had to visit four different tables before I found one clean enough to eat at (and its clear it wasnt clean, it simply was not as dirty as the other tables) Green tea bin empty, for the past 20 min and Im not sure if theyre going to refill it anytime soon. Im used to ordering and reviving my food within 5 minutes, this too 15 (again, its empty. So theyre not backed up on orders that I know of) Otherwise, you can expect the same quality soups and salads as any other location. But I am a little saddened that my baguette and croutons in my French onion soup were smaller than I normally see at the other Paneras Ive been to.

Called to place an order for delivery.....apparently Im to much if a dinosaur to order from Panera. The person who took my call (in a very condesending manner) asked if I was aware of the website. Yes, I replied, I am, however this is easier for me. Apparently having happy customers isnt a priority for them. The person then proceeded to begrudgingly say " well Im just going to be using the same website now to place your order". Cool, sorry for making you do your job, I guess. And then Im informed they dont accept cash as payment for delivery orders. Oh, US currency? The thing our entire economy is built on? Yeah, we dont take that......Ill just take my MONEY elsewhere.

Terrible, I will not order from this place again. I ordered delivery, waited an hour for it to arrive & when it did the entire order was wrong. I asked for no meat or tomatoes which both were on the sandwich heavily. Then when I called, they told me it wasnt written in & I had the receipt in my hand reading the things I asked to be "86", not to mention nobody apologized & they hurried off the phone telling me they would get their manager to handle it. How someone check off all the spots on a reciept without even verifying the order was right when it was entirely wrong? these employees do no pay attention & their managers do not try to deliver good service.

Panera Now Delivers!!... Unfortunately they only have 1 driver... so even though they promise a delivery time, expect that to be fictional. Why offer delivery if they cant handle delivery?....it takes HOURS to get your lunch! I called after 1 and 1/2 hours and they explain that lunch is very busy and the driver had multiple deliveries. Yeah, of course. Now that you deliver, people will order delivery... maybe expect an increase in business and hire more than driver for that. Nothing but an "I apologize and he should be there as quickly as he can manage from the store. Meanwhile, its going on 2 oclock and Im starving.

Went for lunch on a Friday. Very minimal wait, even though there was a constant flow of people coming in. The staff was vary pleasant. I did not see any staff standing around, everyone was busy doing.something. The empty tables were clean, (no looking for a clean table) just picked one. The only thing that was partially negative, but not a big deal, is that they couldnt scan my rewards card from my phone app that I keep them in. I put my phone number in the keypad and was good to go.

Their customer service sucks, the person I spoke with after ordering assured me that there would be butter and mayo packets with my delivered order. There was none. No one told me, until the snotty delivery person, that they have a policy against delivering to a hotel room. So, rather than delivery to me, I had to go out in the rain.... the whole freaking reason I ordered delivery!! If you want Panera, go to the town centre location, skip baymeadows and their horrid attitudes.

While I frequent this location quite often, and the staff is always friendly, I am compelled to critique repeated issues. The food is for the most part of good quality. The price compared to serving size is not a good value. If you come in after the dinner rush, be prepared to settle on meal options as they will be out of many things. This is particularly irritating when it is already overpriced. Also at most locations the iced tea tastes skunky, kind of like sulfur.

Out of most breads at 6pm. Their "classic grilled cheese " has a single thin slice of "cheese something ". When I complained I was told by the manager that is up to Panera "standards ". Hate to tell Panera, but their standards suck. Wouldnt recommend this place to an enemy. Been coming here regularly since it opened. Sad. I am sure they only care about profit. They sure as hell dont care about the customer.

Panera bread on Baymeadows and Southside has gone down hill. I used to love eating here. I ordered food and two of the three bowls were dirty. The gal that brought our food out told us she would transfer our food into clean bowls. Take the food from the dirty bowls and put it in clean bowls and serve it. Wow. No thank you. Gross. Fix your dishwasher machine or fix your Managment, cause somethin is broken.

As someone who frequently caters and orders Panera, I can honestly say that this is by far the worst Panera I have ever been to. I typically do not leave bad reviews, but I have never been to this Panera without there being an issue. Not once-not twice but at least 5 times in a row. I live less than a mile away on Southside BLVD and I actually drive the extra 10 minutes now to go to the Town Center.

I go to this Panera bread a lot. Eveyone their is nice to me. usely everything usely goes well with orders but sometimes it gets mixed up or a mistaks happen and they do fix for you. food is usely very good. head manger there has a great team there. if respect them they will respect you back. nothing wrong with being form when something happens but donot yell it does not help anyone.

ugh I wish there was zero stars this is by far the absolute worst panera bread in Jax!!! they completely screwed up my order!!! I PAID FOR BACON and PECANS, asked to have my meats heated and basically they gave me what they wanted me to have which is disappointing since I love Panera! its this location I will not return! & I dont recommend the Baymeadows location TO ANYONE!

Very unprofessional and rude! I just left this location and it was the biggest mistake ever!! Literally, 6 employees walked past without me with out so much of a simple "may I help you". I had to verbal ask "can I please get some help"...before suddenly everyone was so concerned. I will stick with the Mandarin location, they actually know how to treat their customers.

Every time I go to this panera they get my order wrong. Got all the way home to find out theres no dressing for my salad, no avocado on my sandwich, pecans on another salad when I ordered without. I shouldnt have to dissect my food at the counter to make sure my order is right every time I eat here. Next time I will drive out of my way to go to the panera on san jose.
