The teens who work here are TREMENDOUS. I go here quite often and theyre always so delightful. i came in on a Saturday night and the line was 20 people deep. The young lady who made my milkshake was so kind and had no attitude about my request. (I asked her to hand chop snickers after blending the milkshake so that its still chunky when eating). She had NO problem with it!!! I was simply amazed at how all of the workers that night got along as well. They were smiling and having friendly conversations with eachother and the customers. The owner of this store picked a very good crew!!! Usually teens have attitudes in the workplace these days but these ones are awesome!!! Theyre even really amazing with kids. They dont mind standing around waiting for the kids to try every single ice cream and theyre so good at communicating with the little ones so they feel comfortable speaking to strangers behind the counter. If you want good customer service with your late night snack go over to coldstone!

I LOVE this location. The kids who work here are very friendly. I have come in about 6 times now on a saturday night and the line has been 13 wish people deep but they manage to make the line go very very fast. They all know what they are doing and can handle any situation with a smile. One particular night, a lady was yelling at one tan employee and she handled it with a smile on her face and a calm voice and tried everything she could to make the situation a little better. Many places have kids who wouldve just been rude. Owner is picking good kids, and serving quality ice cream. The bathroom even smelled clean! its hard to go out and use a public restroom anymore i was deeply impressed.

My friends and I came here to get some ice cream for the kids. We had a couple of toddlers who have little whistles that they got their Chuck E. Cheese and they were a little excited to blow it. Before we can even finish our order, one of the staff who wasnt even helping us came out and said "if theyre going to blow that here can you please make them do it outside?" We did not get to finish picking our ice creams because we had to leave. First it wasnt even busy, it was only us and a couple customers, 2nd its an ice cream store not a fine dining place if they cant stand kids even for a few minutes, theyre in the wrong line of business. We will never come back to this place again.

Walked in and everyone being the counter looked depressed as hell, then continued to stare at me for 2 or 3 minutes without a greeting or so much as a smile. When asked where I go to order (never really gone to a place like this) the man behind the counter became annoyed and said "you order here and pay there, what do you want?". The cashier was friendly enough and the actual product was amazing though. Ordered a mud pie mojo and a strawberry shake.

The staff was amazing today!! There was a slight mix up on when I needed the ice cream cake for my sons birthday. The day was saved! The manager was very accommodating in getting our cake ready quickly so that we could have it in time for our party. We get ice cream cakes for every birthday and we will definitely be back again for the next one. Thank you so much Cold Stone!

My fiancé and i come here often and when we come later at night the staff that is on the floor are usually super busy but always friendly and efficient. today was a rainy day and we went in around 2pm there were 2 girls there and the one helping us looked like she would rather be doing anything else and didnt even bother holding a conversation. id say its a hit or miss.

I came in on april 24...one majorr issue was employee who a girl short blonde haire seemed to purposely shove a young man working with her. kept going in and out. workers seemed frustrated with the blonde girl. Ice cream very good tho. Got a chocolate devotion. line is long a lot. coldstone where i from has 15 working a time. this has 4 roughly.

I went to pick up a birthday cake. Since I had to drive back, I asked for some help to keep the cake cool. They charge $5 for some ice they put it in the bag!!! Cold Stone, you sell ice cream cakes in FLORIDA!!!!!! It doesnt take a genius to think of temperature-resistant bags available so when customers BUY your ice cream cakes!!!

AWESOME PEOPLE! So this location totally saved my life . The one at The Avenues cancelled my order for a birthday party with no notice. I called this location and they were so helpful(: they helped me get enough cake to accommodate,without charging me extra. Super cool! Thanks guys

I had the worst experience with one of the workers here recently. I believe her name was Lara or Laurie. She was very rude to me and my children. She barely used any manners. The line was fairly short and the rest of the staff was very friendly and kind.

Love the ice cream. But seems like they have all new staff. No matter what ice cream combination you order, they have to read directions on how to make it. Manager should be on the floor when new employees are learning to make things go smoothly.

Large variety of ice cream with various combinations that they can mixup. 3 stars for high prices and ice cream too sweet for my enjoyment. Better off going to your local supermarket for the normal brands at better prices and taste.

Ice cream was delicious! Lots of staff there working their Butts off. Only had to wait about 10 minutes for our turn to order. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Not enough seating would be my only complaint. :-)
