Rude and condescending staff. I go in to order my wife a birthday cake and Im told by the person in charge (I think it was the owner) that it cant be done. I explain that Ive ordered the same cake every year for several years and the response is a volley of condescending questions about the cake. I felt belittled and I promptly left the establishment. There was no reason for that kind of treatment, especially from a business that claims to promote christian values. I dont expect anyone to kiss my rear end; but I refuse to spend my hard earned money in an establishment where the owner gets their rocks off by arguing with the customers. Hey Sugarbakers, your cake only tastes as good as your customer service.

AAAAA the breads cakes cookies candy,it is all excellent. Try the cheese straw version they make.... Super cheese flavor and a KICK of spice for your tastebuds too! A staff that cannot be beat either, and a Bible verse label on every product. That is a ritual I enjoy...it gives us a little reminder of His way and a tradition for many years.

I purchased a cake at a charity auction and it was excellent...so at the Taste of Glynn I bid on another cake ($70.00) all for a good cause and won again...BUT work took me out of town and when I returned the company refused to honor the gift certificate as it had expired for SIX DAYS. No good customer service in my opinion.

I went in to order my wedding cake and the service was terrible!! We sampled a few of the cakes and they were terrible, I honesty dont understand how everyone raves about how amazing the food is here! We will wont be returning.

I am a SugarBakers fan!!! Your Caramel Cske is my favorite!!! I live in Fayetteville, NC and I over indulge every time I visit! It was a hit for my Thanksgiving dinner this year!
