I have ordered from there several times and the last THREE times they have either messed up my order or they have taken over and hour to deliver the food. I used to really like them but this is just poor customer service. 6/30/17 - I have tried SEVERAL more times to order from them again and ALWAYS the same crappy service. The food itself is great but the service you get with it ruins the experience. I always order (and pay for) extra ranch dressing however 75% of the time they forget it. Today was the last straw, I had to deal with the manager, wow she has NO customer service skills! They took over and hour to deliver the food and when I had to talk to the woman at the store she was rude. I finally said she could have her food back because I didnt want it anymore! I WILL NEVER EAT AT THE WING ZONE IN OCALA AGAIN! If I could give less than a 1 I would!

Over an hour and a half for my order. I called the store after an hour to check on my order and the guy was rude to me on the phone telling me we will make it. So it wasnt even started yet? Delivery driver showed up (same guy) we had a "come to Jesus" moment about his piss pour attitude and rudeness towards customers. I was upset about how long it took after delivery from here before 25 -30 mins no problem. The driver apologized after we talked and I get it but if you are understaffed this much you need to hire more people and also teach your staff some customer service skills. I wasnt rude when I called I was simply checking on my order and some kid thinking he can be a jerk to people answered not thinking he would meet the other end of the phone call. Because of this experience I will not be ordering from here anymore.

I really didnt want to have to delete my old review because people should know. For the first time wing zone finally delivered hot food it wasnt cold like it normally is. Everything I ordered was hot and fresh well except for the wadges but thats ok. However in my last review I called to get my money back for food I threw away and 3months later no call back from corporate or never got my money back. Thanks tho.

My experience was horrible, I ordered my food at 4:30 my food never came called back they told me I was the second order, an hour later no food. When I called back gt he rude manager told me I lived to far sorry for the inconvenience and hung up. When asking for a manager she said she was and would not give me a name..I will never spend my money with wing zone ocala again.

When it comes to delivery, this place is hit or miss on whether they get your orders correct. They have an option to request sauce on the side, but what happens is they put the sauce in a cheap container that when the heat and steam from the food hits it the top basically melts and guess what, sauce is everywhere but on the side.

We have ordered from here a few times now, both pick up and delivery, and every time they have been SPOT ON with our order, even with special instructions. Food was delivered in twenty min., Salads were cold, wings and burgers were hot, and cooked perfectly. No more soggy, bland pizza chain wings for me! Very satisfied☺

I never complain but this company will not last long here in Ocala w/ the current management. Cold food served with an attitude.. Im glad I paid $20 to learn this before I ended up getting burned on an actual expensive order. Save yourself the headache, order Crunchies and Munchies who has been around forever in Ocala.

This place is a joke....ordered wings for a Super Bowl party 4 hours in advance for pick up...an hour after the scheduled pick up time they still had not started cooking them....the guy had the stones to hang up on me!!! Punks all the way around!!!

Food is expensive, ALWAYS over an hour to deliver (once an hour and a half), last night they forgot our drink, had to call them, then when they came back to deliver it, it was the WRONG drink and it was warm. Not using them ever again.
