This was my second time eating here, the first time the wings were pretty good, the service not bad but tonight was TERRIBLE! Our table had 4 adults 2 pre-teens. The kids had chicken strips, they were fine, we had 30 Cajun wings that were cooked fine but then we had 15 Garlic Parmesan, my order, and 30 Garlic Parmesan split between the other 2 adults. Both orders of Garlic Parmesans, 45 wings total, were so over cooked that when you took a bite it fell apart like sawdust. So of course you say, "oh man this doesnt taste right try mine" and the others said the same thing about theirs. After trying each others and agreeing they were terrible I called the waitress over and told her they were over cooked. Her comment was "really I like mine well cooked like that", to which I replied, "well we really dont" (all said in a nice manner to her), she said she would have to have the Manager come over to speak with us so we waited and he finally came over and apologized, said they cook them on a timer and they cant help what size wings they get but sometimes if they are small they get a little over cooked but if we really wanted the wings he could have them cook us a new order and replace them for us to which we said that would be great, thank you. The new order came out, we looked at each other and said "oh I guess we are sharing". Instead of bringing a 30 and 15 order as originally ordered they brought 15 and 15 but we were ok with that HOWEVER when they brought the bill we were charged for the full 45! After getting the attention of our waitress (again) and explained what was done she said, YOU GOT IT, I WILL HAVE TO SEND OVER A MANAGER, AGAIN. The manager was a different Manager who just came on duty to supposedly replace the other guy that just left so I had to bring him up to speed. He says, "Oh let me take care of this, Ive been doing this a long time its not the same bicycle but you still basically just ride the bike, Ill be right back". He took $10.00 off the bill and acted as if he just handed us the world. When I told him I thought he was not handling the situation very well he just couldnt understand why! I explained to him an order of 30 wings cost $27.49, 15 wings cost $13.99 plus the tax. His response was, "well the Manager/Owner said you guys had already eaten some of those wings so he adjusted the price! (This coming from the guy that had no idea what was going on because the other "Manager" had already left) ya right! At this point we were tired of the B.S. so we said lets just pay the bill and never come back to this place again or give any referrals. Between the two visits we spent over $300.00! Even though the service was not the best we still gave our waitress a 15% gratuity, its not her fault that Management/Owner can not deal with situations professionally. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

WOW, What a complete disappointment. These new owners..........well, frankly dont seem to give a crap as to how long they are in business or what kind of reputation they are creating. Ive always been able to pick up the phone, spoke to Tanya, ordered my food had GREAT service, everything was always double and triple checked before it ever got to me, the food was outstanding, everything was always in the bag, sauces, napkins, silverware, just everything. NOW, wow, the guy who answers the phone bitches the entire time about the computer, his frustration, etc. etc. Then the food comes, the sauces are missing, first, I ran outside and said, hey, excuse me, all of the sauces are missing, he says really? well we have a new girl um, like, do you want me to come back????, as if Im being rediculous even mentioning it to him. The boneless wings are NOT boneless wings at all, theyre chicken bites, made from breasts, no different than the strips only smaller. The one sauce in the bag, Asian Man is so hot, its not edible (And Ive been eating it for over a year prior to this) The Chicken Quesadilla has onions and sweet peppers all of the sudden and the flour tortilla is so burned I couldnt even finish eating it. I ordered a Fried Cheesecake for desert with Chocolate and blackberry sauces on the side, neither were in the bag. So, I tried calling, spoke to a guy named Phil, I kindly asked him if he could just tell me what the difference is between their Chicken Strips and the Boneless wings, well, no one can take the bones out of a wing, I mean you cant actually get real wings without the bones anywhere, theyre all white meat. Then I tell him, well, yes you can, but, if theyre white meat, you probably should just NOT call them Boneless wings, then I proceed to try to tell him, (Again kindly) about my order is all screwed up, none of the sauces came etc. and he says, well, sorry about that but again, Ive never heard of the bones being taken out of wings, is there anything else I can help you with? REALLY? Im thinking, are you flipping kidding me, did he just say that? So, I tell him, well, if thats your answer to my issue, I guess Ill have to order somewhere else, he says sorry and hangs up. UNREAL, more than anything, its such a huge disappointment, I miss the old Kickin Wingz and I especially miss Tanya and the "EXCEPTIONAL" service she always gave!!

I used 2 b a fry cook @this restaurant b4 he moved the biz 2 its now current location & between the worst perverted boss/owner ever that Ive seen in mylife &Ive had many &the unhealthy gross kitchen..ugh put it thisway I couldnt even eat there & I worked there..He used broken fridges & coolers 4 his chicken which was stored &handled grossly & not legally but somany other various health code violations I couldnt stand 2work there & I feel bad I never did my part by turning him in..I mean we all no restaurants cutcorners, hav there imperfections but thisman tookit 2 another level..im a35yr old waitress a mother & a tomboy been riding bmx & dirt bikes since 5yrs old so Im a realistic person..trust me its gross& youd never no cuz the diner area is always kept clean&beautiful..anywhere the customers eyes can c is kept up2 par or@least viewable but behind the scenes u hav room temp bloody gooey chicken old moldy grills&oil beingused if udropped anything uwere2 pickitup &useit theyd serve them2the cops comingin 2 get there togo food whichwas usually wings & theyd laugh2 themselves intheback cuz weknew the chicken was off temp dropped&fried in old old oil wth somuch old droppings & crumbs & meat etc that would get tossed in your food icant even xplainit..If u value your quality of life &hav respect4 wat goesin yourmouth then stayclear of kickin wings..oh & dont wrk 4him&his girlfriends unless uwant drinking drama &an ugly ass perverted fat wanna b redneck biz owner constantly rubbing his fat beerbelly & his boner allover yourbackside evenif theres miles ofroom around u..eat@your ownrisk!

I have been a loyal customer over the years. I have tolerated the mild service problems...like waiting for an hour for 40 wings and 3 customers sitting in the restaurant. But, tonight has finally tipped it for me. They have lost my business...period. I ordered 20 wings. All drums. I was charged extra which is fine. When the wings arrived, they were about half drums and half wings. This was not what I ordered. I called the restaurant to let them know that the order was incorrect. The first time I called, I was super pleased by the customer service. She said that they would remake the wings and send them out. Awesome! Then, she called back several minutes later and WOW! First, I was to count the wings that were incorrect. They were only going to remake the ones that were incorrect. Fair enough, I understand, but nope it doesnt stop there. Then, I need to rebox the incorrect wings so that I can swap them for the new ones so they can weigh them...What? Im sorry...are you going to re-serve them to someone else? At this point, some of the other family members after waiting an hour to eat had touched them and a few had eaten a couple. That seemed to be a problem. They went from a hero exhibiting awesome customer service for screwing up the order to an absolute zero. After several hundred dollars of business, we are done. The lady on the phone seemed to be understanding...if it was the management then you need to take some customer service lessons.
