Greeted at the front door awkwardly by laughing kids(hostess) staring at us like we interrupted their conversation... I would say the food was good and it was just the service that sucked but cant do that because we sat with no silverware and wrongly ordered items for 3-5minutes until I had to call (loudly-bc no one walked by our table in that time frame) another server to get us these items. Side item of chips was lacking, like they ran out but didnt want to wait for the fresh batch before bringing out the food so they just left it weak. I get it. That being said, our food was cold. My daughter had side mac n chz...which i understand is pre prepped and then microwaved but this was not microwaved at all. It was ice COLD. She wouldnt touch it and she LOVES mac n chz. The only thing our server brought to us quickly was a box and the bill after I had to ask for it. She blamed the computer for us getting blue cheese when we asked for ranch. It was Sunday, Mothers day, and the restaurant was slow so it was not necessary for these mistakes to happen. She just didnt listen OR anticipate our needs and was more interested in what her coworkers were doing instead of making money. Well...Hello!?? WE are spending hard earned money and for these things to happen is unnecessary. I blame the management for this type of situation because, had they been making table visits, or just plain watching what was going on around their restaurant, this whole situation could have been different. I cant make the service better but you can and you should if you want to keep this restaraunt on Woodruff Road.

First, the service was great. Our server was on top of things and she checked back regularly to check on us. The food... cold wings. Got a 30 piece sampler and the wings were room temp. Sent them back. They were refried instead of giving us new ones. We were not happy and said something but had already waiting long enough and were hungry. Appetizers were all good, but if you have "wings" in your name you should make sure they are excellent. We were excited to try the one on Woodruff but after this experience, doubt we will go back. Not even offered anything such as a visit by the manager to our table. Will stick to Shortfields in TR for our wings. Seriously disappointed with our experience at this location last night. There were a number of issues, but the biggest in my mind was the amount of fruit flies flying around our table. My wife killed 3 and another landed in her beer (which she had only drank half of at this point). We were constantly swatting at them the entire time we were there. I can understand if we were outside, or even near the open doors to the patio, but we were on the opposite side of the restaurant. If there are that many flies in the dining area, what does your kitchen look like? One of my other big issues was that our server seemed like he was stoned out of his mind. Very distant, chaotic and disorganized. I would not recommend this location to anyone ever. We were absolutely appalled and disgusted and will never set foot in your restaurant again. We will gladly deal with downtown greenville or even go as far as Anderson to avoid this location and its flies.

We were seated at our table. Immediately we felt unwelcomed. The server was unfriendly. Our drinks and food took what felt like an eternity. We had to miss our movie due to this. Food took about 40 minutes to come out after ordering. After my friend had finished his coke, it took very long for her to come back and make sure we had enough drink (obviously we didnt). The lady also filled up his drink with sweet tea rather than coke. The check took forever. They brought everyone elses check out except for one of my friends. Took another 10 minutes to get his card back (what was taking so long!). This experience made me really upset and I would not recommend anyone to come here, especially if you have places you actually need to be at.

I was shocked when I saw all the bad reviews here. There is definitely a staffing problem in that location. When I was there, the food was great and the waiter was very friendly and caring. I love the nuggets. We were served fast and to our satisfaction. The check took a bit longer than elsewhere but the place was crowded and, being German, didnt bother me at all. Im used to hanging around for an hour or two after dinner

Well I see other ppl are as unhappy as I was and your corperate team follow up after almost a month is beyond sad. Wear that 3 star rating proud you desrve less and I am sure in a month it will be. When you realize theres more to cooking some food and passing out some paychecks maybe you will have a chance. If I worked there I would be looking for a new job because in less than a year doors will be closed.

Try someplace else for food. Second visit this past week. Seriously I dont believe they cook anything here, just reheat. The food quality from a taste perspective is mediocre at best. Their French fries are the poorest example of a French fry I have ever encountered. There are plenty of other wing joints in Greenville that are way better then this spot and those joints serve alcohol as well.

My first time eating at the new location, but it will not be my last!! From the moment we walked in the door we were instantly taken care of. We had a party of 14 and waited less than 5 mins to be seated, this was during dinner rush while the restaurant was already slammed. Our sever Christian was absolutley on point with his service. We could not have been treated any better. Great job!!!

Food and service was satisfactory. Music Bingo was a rip off. We watched the DJ at 4 minutes after nine ask a table witch song they needed. They walked up and played it. No more Bingo for this family. If the DJ is that worried about his time, then we will not spend ours here.

I was very Leary of visiting this.location but my wife talked me into it. Let me say I dont understand the Bad reviews. The service was prompt and attentive. Our tea glass was never empty. The food arrived very quickly and very hot. The wings was Excellent. We will be back.

We went in and were seated right away. We sat there for 7 min and had 3 servers in the vicinity look at us but not one stopped by, said they would be with us soon or anything. So, we left and wont be going back. The downtown location is at least a little better.

Atmosphere was good. Burger was small and very average at best for price. Dont get much for your $$$ dont think Ill be back... draft beer was terrible pour lost bout 2 inches of beer on the top. Side portion of chips was small.
