I recently moved form Houston, TX to Jacksonville and decided to go to the nearest buffalos for some wings with my father, and I have to say this location has been the worst Ive ever been too. We were seated quickly and had drinks taken however that was the last we saw of our waitress for a good while. We finally got our drinks and asked if we wanted any appetizers, to which we said yes and ordered fried pickles. Upon saying friend pickles she quickly walked away without asking if we were ready to order to which we were astonished that she just walks away in the middle of our sentences basically. About 10 mins later the pickles came and she hurried off again. They came with what seemed like chipolte sauce and we tried tracking her down for some ranch. She wandered around the resturant passing by us without so much as a glance multiple times to the point where I had to grab another waitress and ask for ranch we she could not get for us since she "wasnt our waitress and wed have to get ours". She finally returned, forgot the ranch, and blamed her unresponsive times to the busy store which only held at the time 25 bodies total. The food wis what you expect, nothing mind blowing just normal wings however I am blown away by the horrible lack of service and ungodly long wait times for something as simple as a ranch cup to walking away during a conversation without so much as is that all. I will not be returning to this location and will take my friends, family and personal business elsewhere and would recommend if you want better service to do so as well.

I will NEVER go to Buffalo Wild Wings again! I placed an order online for 6 boneless wings and a chicken tender kids meal. I get there to pick up the order and tell them I should have a kids sweet tea. They tell me it is our policy that we cant give you one unless there is a kid present. Are you kidding me?? So you charge me for the meal which INCLUDES a drink and dont give it to me??!! Maybe I should have taken them out to my truck and showed them the 2 carseats in my back seat!! Then she says I can make an exception and give it to you this time. No dont worry about it I wont be back. You just lost my husband and I as customers over a small cup of tea!!

I popped in yesterday to get a to go order on my lunch. I order 6 snack wings And fries. The fries were 3.99 in total I spent about close to 11.00 I didnt check the bag before I left because I was in a rush to get back. I opened the fry container and theres was literally like 10 fries I was so mad I could have got a $5 dollar box from KFC and the wings looked like they just slathered a mess of sauce hurriedly on them and they were so salty. Not even the sauce I asked for. I was so upset about my experience here. Ive never been dissatisfied with a B-Dubs experience until now.

Im going to give it to you straight. I had high hopes for this restaurant. It was one of my fav places to go in college. Its my boyfriends fav sports bar. This location didnt live up to what either of us have come to expect from b-dubs. The good: my cocktail (blackberry mojito). The bad:everything else.... including the water. It took us 15 min to get service and when our server finally showed up it was without explanation or apology. We ordered fries, mini corndogs and wings. Corndogs and wings were decent, fries were burnt. Dont waste your time or money.

I moderately enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. Its far from intimate as you can get, though. Loud from TVs on every inch of every wall and the echoing bare brick walls reverberating back the cheers of the sports fans here to watch basketball and football, seemingly at the same time, thanks to the variety of TVs The boneless wings I had were good, but light on the sauce. Make sure to request "wet" if you want it to look like it was actually tossed in the sauce, and not just a light amount drizzled over them. The sauce and dry rub flavors were good though.

This place was very disappointing. We went last Sunday night and when we arrived most of the employes were glued to the fight on TV... I made eye contact with most of them but they turned their attention to the tv yet again. We stood there for about 5min before someone accommodated us. After we ordered it took over 45min to receive our food which was cold... Our waitress and the rest of her lost generation friends stood around watching tv. They wont have to worry about seeing me or my friends there again.

Fine place. Food was good BUT, service was horrific!!! Employees were rude and not very friendly. Did not like how the food took an hour and a half. Even the appetizers took at least 40 minutes. Was not pleased at all. Waiter seemed more worried about clearing our area then taking our check. Very bad experience.Waiter did not even apologize for the wait or anything.

We came in on a Tuesday afternoon, not too busy, but even then the speed of service was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend this BWW to my local family. Amanda was an absolutely wonderful s attentive server. She always kept or table tidy, made sure we had everything we could need, refills, extra sauce, etc. We will definitely be back next time were in town!

Went for super bowl Sunday just to pick up wings had to stand in the cold as my girl friend was freezing I finally had to make a suggestion to the manager to take our names and call us when ready so we werent so cold. Terrible customer service I love BDUBS but will never spend a penny there again.

We tried to eat here last weekend. We were told there was an hour wait. When we told the host we wanted to sit outside & that there were at least 3 available tables there, we were told "sorry but the servers are overwhelmed." By the way, it was just my fiancé & I. Wow

Ate here once.. and Ill stick to that. The tables were very dirty and sticky. The food was rubbery like it had just been microwaved. And the service was subpar. Im beginning to realize that Jacksonville has no good food places, and It makes me miss Texas so much more.

Service was excellent especially on a busy night. However we all got the boneless wings and how can a restaurant with wings in the name have such poor quality boneless wings. BWW should purchase their wings from the same play Shanes does. Other than that it was good.

I brought my little sisters here a few weeks ago and the service was amazing. Our waiter was friendly , they gave us tablet games to play and the food was impeccable. The wings were good and the tacos were great. They gained regulars.

Awfulness. We ask could we bring in my 8yr old food because she is a picky eater and did not want to eat there. They told us NO!! So instead of allowing a 8yr old to being in food they lost 8 paying customers in our party.
