I enjoy the place overall, I like the atmosphere, its friendly for all ages and the food tastes pretty good. Im pretty fond of the late night specials and trivia night. I come once every other month because there arent many other wing places near me that I like. Its clean and its conveniently located near by. There are cons which include: slow service especially when they are busy. The wings arent always fresh or hot. Many times Ive been given wings that I can tell were held under a heat lamp. ON TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS they charge you $0.60 per single soufflé cup of ranch/blue cheese. Its halfway full (or half empty however youd like to look at it) so its not even worth buying unless youre eating 5 wings or you can make a small amount last a long way. Also, if they ask you if you want blue cheese/ranch on Tuesday & Thurs. remember its not free. But they RARELY mention that. They take your wing order and then they say "would you like ranch or blue cheese?" So you think its complimentary but its not. My bill said so. You have to request celery and carrots they wont give them to you otherwise on $.65 cent Tuesdays and Thursdays either. So they wont charge you for 3 carrots and 3 pieces of celery but theyll charge you for a small soufflé cup of ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce. The cheesecake bites are good, very expensive though. You receive 6 dime size pieces of fried cheesecake with caramel dipping sauce for $3.99 + tax. That units down to $0.50 for 1 little cheesecake piece. Its not even enough to split between 2 people. Mixed drinks are also very expensive. I asked for a jagger bomb, which they told me could be made. It came in a small glass a little larger than a an actual shot glass. It was probably 4 oz. It cost me $7.00. I finished my jagger bomb in 2 gulps. I was very upset with their prices. So, it has its thumbs ups and downs but overall its not an absolutely awful place. Definitely needs improvements though.

We had the three Street Tacos; delicious. Got our food in seven minutes! We went at 11:00 a.m. and got immediate attention. I dont think there were other customers. The negative: In order to finish our lunch it was a struggle. Before we even ordered in addition to the waitress we had two other people show up to ensure the service was excellent and just annoying. Our table conversation with each other was almost non-existent due to the additional interruptions from even more restaurant staff. Perfect place to go if you dont want to have a conversation with your dining guests!

The wings are good but in order to cut costs this location decided to reduce the wing count by one to two wings depending on the size of the order. Dont worry though the price of the sizes stayed the same. When we asked the reason they said was the wings were bigger but, my wife and I visit this place very often and the wings are the same size. If you want wings visit the Avenues Buffalos the wing counts are still normal. The service though at this store is really good. Very friendly waiters and waitresses. I would give them 5 stars.

I love BWW. LOVE. Dining in is great. Ordering pick up is not. Twice my group from work has placed multiple orders and sent 1 runner to pick it All up. The first time, they insisted we had all orders when we were missing 2 large ones. The second time, the order that was placed first never got made and they switched one of our orders with someone elses. They offered us a food credit the second time around but not the first. Save it for a time you want to dine in unless you feel like triple checking your to go order.

Great food and atmosphere for sports and family dining. Waiters/Waitresses are friendly and helpful. Plenty of online gaming via big screens (No PS4 or XB1). Trivia gaming and adult beverages are plentiful. Food preparation/presentation are great and restaurant is clean and smells fresh. Orders to table wait times are outstanding and food is hot when its served. Overall good Friday night experience with family and friends. I will definitely patron this restaurant again

Loud. Very loud, but hey, its a sports bar right? or is it a family restaurant, Im confused. Regardless, dont try to have a conversation. Loud. Hot sauces are good. Wings are small. Service is hit or miss. Did I mention it was loud? Value for money was toward the higher side. Vegans should avoid this place as there is absolutely nothing which isnt fried. Even the salad is fried (I think), as it too came out brown and hidden behind the yummy gravy.

I enjoy watching games and UFC fight here. They only pay for certain UFC fights. Lala is an awesome bartender! Definately go have a seat at her bar and she will take care of you. They have an outdoor patio for you smokers, with plenty of tv screens to watch your game of choice. If your game is not on one of the screens, just ask a staff to change the channel and they are more than happy to switch it for you.

Servers are always great, food fresh and drinks constantly refilled. Weve had both managers and servers that both make you laugh and seem to enjoy their job. Plenty of food choices and the trivia games are a good break for those watching the games (they keep multiple sports on their plenty of TVs) or just there to enjoy good food. Perfect hours for those late night dates or last minute ideas.

Arrived at shift change. Took over 5 min for waitress to come. Got drinks then got forgotten. 40 min after arrival, we asked hostess to help. Waitress saw her then hurried over. Took our order which came 20 min later at 10:55 pm. Chicken (on Buffalo Mac) was dry. Street Tacos were missing cilantro. Talked to Mgr after to let her know. Very apologetic, gave us comp mini app.

Theyll put you on hold and never come back to phone. Theyll take almost 45 minutes for a takeout order and still screw up your order. Last week I did an online order for half off wings which stated "all drums". I pick it up and leave without checking. It was mixed up with flats and instead of 20 wings I got around 14-15. The times when I dined in werent pleasant either.

Boneless wings were hard and taste like they had been refrigerated. Waitress came to my table twice, once to take my drink order and then to give me my check. Another staff member took my food order and gave me my food. There was me and another table with 8 customers, so not busy at all. Other than my beer, it was the worst experience that I have had at this location.

This was the worst experience I have had I waited 20 min for a drink than I order 15 wings and it fist came out 12 drums and 3 flats I had them re make it because I dont eat the drums know husband does than the second time it came out all flats like at this point I dont even want it but because Im pregnant and been waiting over an hour for food Im going tobeat it

I come here about twice a month for wings. Patio is my favorite because it can be a bit loud inside especially if theres a game on. Great food ofc and their menu changes often so I dont often get bored. I pretty much always get the Buffalo Mac n Cheese with Honey BBQ. Its cheap and delicious. Great Place to bring friends, snack on apps and watch the game.
