Friendly service but they have messed up literally ALL of my orders in some way. Granted, Ive only ordered online 4 times, but they are 4/4 right now and have always left me disappointed each time. I always order for two people, get 40 wings, split the flavors, and get a side of jumbo fries. CONS: - Always order 1 ranch/1 blue cheese and only receive ranch each time. Not even 2 ranches - just one. - Wings are usually warm, though the sauce is typically piping hot! - Their "mild/spicy/hot" gauge is totally whack and their Garlic Parm has almost no flavor at all. Just order anything BBQ - those have WAY more flavor and are truly described. If the description says "spicy" there is a 2/3 chance that it will be so mild that you just want to wash the sauce off and grab some katchup. Not lying. Almost did that with the Parm I ordered last night... I thought I was eating plain wings! - Orders take a long time. I know I order 40 wings at a time and that can take some time, but waiting an hour or more for food is never fun. :-/ PROS: - Great customer service. Every driver is SUPER friendly and seem to have a grip of the neighborhoods. I almost never receive calls asking which unit is mine. They have common sense and read the maps at the front of the complex. :) - Wings taste great every time, despite the lackluster sauces. Ive considered ordering plain wings and may do that next time. - Cool Ranch flavored fries can pretty much be eaten on their own. Didnt need (or want) to put anything on them. SO good! Blackened Voodoo is great too. - Ordered sweet tea and recipient (I dont drink tea) never has anything bad to say. He says its great! OVERALL: - Will probably order plain wings next time and use my own sauces/seasonings. - Havent been disappointed with customer service as of yet. Always receive apologies, however, never any kind of consolation or discount on future orders due to store errors. - Sweet tea is fairly priced if you dont feel like driving, but only comes in half gallons.

I promise i will NOT ever return to this location university store the manger is extremely rude and not only to the customers the employees as well!!!! Messed up my order then get mad with me when i called about my told me i had a week to pick up my right order when i called he told me his store to busy to take my order then haug the phone up in my face i called back they never answer the phone no more i will be calling somebody tomorrow about this it dont matter about the food i spent my money own its about how he talk to me and his staff

Sauces and seasonings are on point. I always opt for "well done" wings and they come out perfect. Until third party delivery companies came around, they controlled the burger game for home delivery with a tasty sandwich. The only downside is the same for all delivery food: the styrofoam packaging steams breading right off of the tenders and makes the normally crispy fries limp. Get your sauce on the side and toss everything in your oven for 5-10 min at 350. That usually saves it.

Food is good, but every time you place an order - its nothing but a hassle. They never know where to go, or you have to go meet them. Whats the point of delivery if they cant deliver it. Assistant manager is no help acts like a kid, asked for the manager or general manager at least 10 times, but he couldnt give out personal info. Wasnt asking for personal info, asked for work info. What a waste of time. Tell the deliver guy, he wont be getting his $4.00 tip anymore.

The food is fine for what it is, but the customer service at this place is terrible. They messed up my online order, TWICE, and the second time tried to convince me that what I had was what I ordered (which it clearly wasnt). Its not worth the hassle.

Order took a much longer than expected time, leaving me sitting in that wretched building for 15 minutes. Once I got home and tried the burger, it was absolutely terrible. Overly greasy, and unsatisfying. Not to mention how over priced their food is.

mm I love their wings, fried pickles, wedge fries, and burgers. perfect stop to get all your munchies. a lil on the expensive side but it beats eating sh!tty wings at beef o bradys or any other bar in gville imo.
