Ate here at the end of October 2016 on a Wednesday during lunch specials (just happened to walk in during them). The women who were serving were nice and fast however the food was nasty. Wings were tough and flavorless and one half of the boneless wings didnt have sauce on them (like they dipped one part in and then threw it in the basket). Garlic Mushroom appetizer is pretty much slivers of mushroom in batter w/ a side of sauce. Weve had good BWW in another area but this one was ridiculous and a waste of cash. The nice server asked if wed like to go boxes and seemed shocked we said no. Didnt finish the food due to how bad it was. Only thing that was good was the sweet tea and soda (which is sad).

Before I get started, I just wanna say the server was fine. Me and my fiance were seated quickly and ordered shortly after. We waited about half an hour for our food to come out and when it did, it was insanely overcooked and the breading was hard. We spoke to the manager about the issue and he instantly got an attitude and spoke very rudely to us. Also, he only remade my fiances order of snack size wings and not my order of large size. For the food to take forever, be cooked wrong, and on top of that for the manager to be so rude, I doubt that Ill return.

Ive only been to this location a handful of times. Service is always terrible. For a place where 90% of the people order chicken l have no idea how it can take over an hour to get an order of chicken, you can pretty much cook it in bulk. Then be prepared to shell out far more than its worth. Greatly disappointed as BW3s has always been an awesome chain. This location not so much.

I love wings, boneless mostly. Go here for the sauce variety. I like em hot. REAL hot and their carribean jerk & mango habenero taste good spicewise with the heat level I want. It is VERY loud pretty much all the time. The prices are ok. They seem to keep creeping up. My order is correct 90% of the time. Usually its an issue of not enough sauce on the wings and they always fix it.

The prices are on the high side, the wings are good, but a little dried out. Our server was riddled with piercings in her face and tattoos everywhere. Not what I really want to see while Im eating. I think her tongue was pierced, too, because she spoke with an impediment. Make your statements on your own time, not while youre working. Plenty of TVs to watch.

They have online ordering now! Which makes take out Soo much easier. & Love the employees! They made sure my order was right and I didnt have to wait, it was ready at the time scheduled to pick up. A big step up from the past times Ive experienced here.
