I can explain our visit in one word: HORRIBLE. We arrived at 12:30 PM and our party (albeit, a large party made of many families) was seated at a long table. Our waitress slowly started getting drink orders and bringing out drinks. At 1:15, one of the families, who had 2 children getting fussy, asked if they could go ahead and order. The servers response was "I need to get all of the drinks first" (Side note: she never came back to take this families order early). 30 minutes later, around 1:45, the entire party ordered. At 2:30, we asked the waitress to check on our food as we had seen many parties around us be seated, eat, leave, and the table reseated. The waitress did not return. At 2:45, we asked to speak with a manager to inquire about our order. He was completely clueless that there was a large table that had been in his restaurant for over 2 hours and still had not seen one plate of food. He went to check on it. The manager returned at 3:00 (yes, 15 minutes later) and told us that the ticket was very long (I assume excusing the long wait? Not sure here). We asked if he could go ahead and bring out the food as it becomes ready and not wait until it is all plated to bring it together so he went back to the kitchen to check. 15 minutes later, he came back *EMPTY* handed. At this point, we asked for checks for the drinks we had ordered. 15 minutes later, we received these checks and left with empty bellies. We sat in your restaurant for over THREE hours, did not eat one bite of food, and had NO support from the manager to try and remedy the situation. Assuming the waitress had not told the manager there was an issue before we alerted him, the manager knew about our issue for at least 45 minutes before we finally decided to leave. I have worked in restaurants in a very busy tourist town in the height of summer and at the very minimum, if the kitchen is slow and causing hold ups (no excuse), the manager will offer some way to make the guests happy while waiting on their food. We are completely APPALLED at the horrendous service we received. I would also comment on the food, but we never got any.

I travel through this area several times a year and have tried most of the food establishments on this road. This my first experience with Wild Wing Cafe and the rating (mostly) is not from the food, but to the service. When I arrived to pick up my take out order I was told I would have to wait as it is not yet ready. I noticed that there was quite a bit of water spilled on the floor and pointed this out to the hostess. She said it would have to wait until the busboy cleaned it up. I was there for 10 minutes and it was never cleaned up, real fall hazard. I also noticed that one waitress, when taking orders would sit down at the table to take the orders. The hostess (?) kept tapping her fingernails on the stand as I and another person were waiting for our orders. She said to several other waitstaff how empty it was tonight. When I got back to the hotel, the house salad that was advertised as coming with cheese bread, but no bread came in either of the salads I got. The veggie quesadilla was quite good.

10-10-15 1:10pm Ticket #20024, Table 34/3, Server Amber. My daughter and I ordered 10 wings (2 flavors), order of fries, two soft drinks and some pretzel sticks. Drinks came pretty quick but that was about the last time our server showed up. After what seemed an eternity (realistically 30 minutes) the server delivered our food minus the fries. She said she would bring those right out. Finally after finishing the wings & pretzels, she showed up with a refill at which point I told her she might as well cancel the fries since she wasnt going to bring them anyway. She seemed dumbfounded that they didnt show up. The server was very nice but not sure whether she dropped the ball or someone else. Whatever the case, I expected soon sort of apology which never came. Paid my bill and left. Food was good. Service was poor. From what I read, that seems to be the way they are. I can promise when I go back, I will talk with the manager.

I would give this more stars but when I visited the place and asked for wings a certain way and they tell me I cant get it that way..so theyve lost my business. The food is good unless you go on a Tuesday night and if you want crispy wings forget it ,youre not going to get them because theyre so busy, They DONT care about their customers.. I dont know about most people but when I want chicken wings I want them to be crispy hot fresh not precooked sitting in a fryer for 20 minutes until somebody orders them! Im sorry but even on busy nights like their two for Tuesday the WINGS( which is the reason for coming in) should still be of the highest standard.. and come to the table steaming hot, crispy and fresh right?? I cant eat rubbery chicken wings the texture just isnt good..But if they wont do it for us Hooters is across the street... Service sucks there but the wings are always crispy breaded or not!...

Came into this place at 325pm on a Friday and stood in front of the door for about a minute or two with no greeting or acknowledgement whatsoever. I sat down at the bar and the girl behind it gives me a menu asks what I want to drink and walks away. She came back and I ordered 18 boneless wings. Over an hour later, I hadnt received my wings, or been given any updates as to were my food was, or why it was taking so long. I left and went across the street to Hooters and enjoyed my meal and the hospitable service. If youre reading this and hungry, Save yourself the time and go to Hooters. Better wings, better service, and the girls smile at you instead of giving you their perfected version of resting bit** face.

Awful, me and my son went to lunch on a mon. At lunch . Sat at the high-top table. Waited 8 min. Nobody spoke to us, waitresses walking by 2 or 3 times. Finally my 12yr. Old said, how long are we gonna sit here. We finally went to the bar and sit, stIll waited til the bartender finally came over got our drink order, brought them. And had to call her back to ask for a menu. After we ordered, she came back and asked again, what kind of wings I wanted... ( how bout writing it down, the first time). Son got his food 10 min before I did. Took me 25min. To get 12 chicken wings. And the place was empty. Should have known better than to go back, its not the 1st bad experience Ive had here

Service at our table was great! Food was great! Decided to close our tab with our server and move to the bar. We sat at the bar for atleast 25 minutes without being acknowledged. 3 bartenders working that were catering to the obvious regulars. Highly disappointed with the service at this restaurant. We chose to eat/drink at this establishment tonight because of the service we have received in the Charleston restaurants. This one is below standard to say the least.
