Ordered from the drive-thru last night (7:51pm), was told they needed to 6 minutes to get my order ready and said OK. about 2 minutes later I pull up to the window, pay for my order and am asked to "pull around to the double doors" and my order will be brought out to me so I do as asked. The car behind me does the same thing. about 5 minutes later the car behind receives their order. I continued to wait another 20 minutes before I gave up and left as I was on my way to work and didnt want to be late. I get off after 1am and was so hungry that I had to stop and get McDonalds. Im hoping I can get a refund so I only feel robbed of my time and not my hard earned cash too.

Im hungover, driving back to Orlando. Ive never been to a Panda Express but I decide to stop in for some Orange chicken. I will come to regret this choice. I get the chow mein. Also regretting this. The wonderful employee cheerfully asked what I wanted. I tell her and she proceeds to plop food into a plate. Im not offended but the attitude is a little much at 11am and considering they just opened. Side note: I was first in line, at the beginning of opening. I stood there while employees scuffled around saying NOTHING to me. The food tastes like hot garbage. I would eat a light bulb before eating here again.

We just moved here to Lakeland and it was our first time in with our kids and felt like we were being rushed. No one was waiting behind us. A lady named Nicole said Jesus Christ to us because my son wanted a different broccoli for his kids meal. She was very disrepectful. We asked to speak to a manager and they said she was the one in charge during that time. I called back this morning and STILL NO manager in today. This is crazy! If you dont like your job find a NEW one...definitely wont be going back but I will keep calling to let a manager know how she treated us.

the amount of served food portion is not equal to the money they charged you, some days they serve a good portion of food (if youre lucky) and the others days its just not enough, it seems like they count how many rices they serve. Also is denigrating to observe how the people that works over there have to pick up the trash (cigarrets, gums and another kind of trash in the parking lot) .. The manager (Peter) is so weird and annoying, is so unconformable when he approaches to the table. I prefer to eat in another restaurant that to eat again in this location...!

food is always great but i asked for the bigger plate (3 entrées and a side) and then got shoved down the line and didnt get much time to pick what I wanted and while i was trying to figure out what I wanted the girl was already helping the next lady in line without finishing with me. Also, i wanted potsickers and there wasnt a sign stating I had to have them cooked to order amd only found out they had potstickers when a customer walked in andasked for them so they were cooked by the time he walked through the line and paid.

Food ok, but NOT hot. Generous portion. Personally I did not care for the egg roll Asked for duck sauce in line, did not get any, went back, asked again, got sweet and sour! Girls seemed plesant at the counter. Last visit, was 6 years ago at anouther location. Next might be 6 years from now..... Lots of very good Chinese restaurants around. ACF CCD

Dont get the crab Rangoons. Picked up an order in drive thru. I get home they are burnt on the outside, and burnt on the inside. Unacceptable that they actually served these to someone that you can obviously tell they are burnt. Called the restaurant and was told well you can come back. Love the food generally but this is just poor quality!

The lady in the drive thru was rude. Didnt even smile. No customer service. The food was nasty. The noodles were bland with no taste. If I could give it no stars I would. Will NOT be going back here at all. For the price would have been better off going to Perrys in the mall and gotten double the food

The food is what I expected from fast Chinese-American food. They have a big selection always prepared ahead of time. It hits the spot when youre in a hurry. The staff is Young and the place is kept pretty clean.

This is one of my favorite stops for lunch on my commute between Orlando and Tampa. The restaurant is consistently clean, the staff are quick and attentive, and the American/Chinese food is delicious.

Always have good food and service... but, man... get your AC fixed or crank it down. So hot cant enjoy what I am eating. Have to get it to go... eat in car it is so hot....

The teriyaki chicken is good. I tried the brown rice and I will just say dont try it. I always enjoy the fortune cookie at the end of my meal.
