No le recomiendo este pollo tropical a nadie. Fui a comprar frijoles a las 9:45pm y compre 4 ordenes de frijoles y me dieron los frijoles mas malo que e probado en mi vida aguado pura agua

They always forget to put something that you paid for in the orders. This is the third time that they charge me for the yuca frita and they dont give it to me. You cant really check if its there through the drive thru and you dont know its missing until you get to your destination. The portions are small and the chicken was mostly burned. Ill never come back to this place again.

I appreciate deeply this place being open until midnight, but theyve stopped cooking chicken as early as an hour before closing time. The chicken is cold too often, but the rest of the food is usually great. Half the staff is uncaring. All in all, this place is, meh. If more places were open till midnight, they would get 3 stars.

Its a Pollo Tropical the service is fast the lobby is clean the staff is nice dont expect too much though its still a Pollo Tropical. They dont have the soda machine outside though so sometimes when its rush hour you stand around like a goofball waiting to get an employees attention for some refill.

Its incredible the bad service in the nights. I went and asked for 1/4 chicken with rice, bro my little brother, because I have to work in The night So I left the food and went to my job and my little brother call me saying that there was no rice!! So he stayed hungry Thanks for the bad service!!

My order is always wrong , I have been talking with the afternoon manager about this situation and we still having the same problem. They never put the part of the chicken I am requested, and the cilantro sause cup are almost empty, you only can dip twice on each them . So disappointed.

As usual items from my order were missing. When i realized it i was already at home and far from the location. I called the location and nobody answered. A darker lady was so rude. She thew my order on the counter. I feel like i was robbed. I want my money back

Should be called "pollo typical"...nothing out of the ordinary, but it is cheap and tastes fine... However, be careful at the drive through...its almost a 100% chance that the order will be wrong every single time...
