My 92-year old M-I-L went here 3/16/17 with a bunch of Seniors. I was happy to provide her with a $3.50 off coupon for 2 lunch orders. I printed this from the Patios website. We instructed her to share the coupon and let her server know about it. She reported that she enjoyed her lunch but she told me the server would not accept the restaurants own web coupon and no reason was given. This is the story as I heard it. Seems to me an old lady would be given a little consideration and for sure, she would have liked the $1.75 (her half of the value) savings. Perhaps the restaurant will respond with an explanation. If grandma didnt get it right the Patio can have their say on this.

I attempted to make reservations for four days. Left messages and no return call. On Feb 13, I personally went to The Patio and met with a woman that could care less about the "client". I have eaten here for three years and for the most part enjoyed the meal...but this latest service and lack of interest in improving the issue is deplorable. Will never eat at The Patio again. I recommend Luna Bella restaurant in New Smyrna Beach, Venetian Bay.

. . . sitting on the outside patio was a joke: cheap plastic tables and table cloths, dirty lanterns, broken down trellis. Even the ramp leading up to the interior was rotting. My instinct told me to leave, but we stayed and were very disappointed. My pasta was swimming in sauce. When I complained, the owner came out and said it was supposed to be "gutsy". My husbands meal was average, at best. Mediocre food at high prices.

I am surprised and disappointed at the bad reviews. We celebrated my birthday last night and everything was wonderful! The French Onion Soup was really WAY to hot, but other than that, I had the Beef Wellington, which melted in my mouth. My friends had the prime rib, lobster, flaming veal dish, and no complaints. The crab stuffed portobello was fantastic!! Well be going back for sure!! Kudos from some NSB locals!

Culinary trained Chef, Don Midland offers tasty lunch and dinner selections that will get you hooked on the first visit. The portions are ample and the prices reasonable. My lunch favorite is the Blackened Prime Rib Sandwich; another is the Peasant Lunch served in a wire basket or the Chicken Francaise . Take it from a former restaurant manager, this is one you dont want to miss!

Have been to the Patio many times and always love the food. The food is unique, special and delicious. We enjoy a small quiet, restaurant. My only complaint is the live "classical" music. It is too loud and overbearing for such a small intimate atmosphere. Some quiet classical or new age music in the back ground would make the inside atmosphere much more enjoyable.

I go to this place occasionally to treat myself to some really good food. Their salads are excellent, French onion soup is excellent and I will say the same for their cheese stuffed chicken breasts and the "crem de la crem, lobster thermidor. Yes, their "patio" has "plastic tables but when eating out my ONLY concern is the food...I rarely chew on the tables.

I moved to this area a year and five months ago. Love the menu and meals have been fantastic both times I have dined at The Patio. I plan to visit again soon and claim this restaurant as my number one pick in this area. This is an authentic gourmet restaurant, so much better than the typical chain restaurants.

Our 2nd time there, same things happened, charged double for wines during Happy Hour. First time didnt say anything, Next time we questioned, told oh, unless you asked for it you dont get it. When asked further tried to back track and correct herself. Was not a good experience.

Walked in with reservation s and stood at entrance by tables for 30 min before we were acknowledged then waitress rude telling us to move so she can clean off our table. Another 20min till we got waters then 20 more min till we got our cold meals. Never come here again!!

Went there for my birthday last September. I like beef Wellington so I ordered it from this place. The dough was raw and the Beef Wellington overall was just not very good compared to all the other ones I tried in the past. So needless to say I will not be returning here.

The Patio caterered my wedding reception yesterday. The spaghetti and meatballs were AMAZING!!!! The salad was fresh and green and the bread was so yummy! Don was very nice and made sure we were taken care of.
