I really liked this place from the moment we walked through the door. Eventhough there were a lot of people standing outside this place we decided to walk in and find out how long a wait and to our surprise a table came open and was cleared within a few minutes and we were sitting down. The waitress was quick and friendly. We got the Teriyaki Wings to share and they were perfect. I got the Steak and it was amazing. My side salid was colorful and large. My son enjoyed my fries. Great place but think New Orleans bar, not France.

My husband and I moved in across the street from this place two weeks ago and we have already ordered the Gyro plate three times. It has to be one of the best I have ever had. The food is priced right and the helpings are large. And that guy bellow who said eggheads is better must be the owner of eggheads. Our neighbors in the building told us the food at eggheads is terrible. I dont know yet until I try it....but as far as French Quarter goes....try the GYRO!

My friend and I tried out the "She Crab Soup" today. I had to say it is the worst Crab Soup I ever had. I could probably make much better soup than theirs. The soup was kind of salty and there is NO real crab meat at all. Cannot believe they actually put " refreshing treat that is by far charlottes best" on their online menu. Maybe other things are good, but I probably will not go back again.

On Thursday, you must try their baked chicken. A co-worker of mine went on for weeks raving about their chicken until I couldnt take it anymore and had to dig in. And boy was I glad I did... It is well prepared and a really great price for lunch meal! (including drink) **Another fave is the french quarter salad with warm pita bread! -- Yum..

On 2/13/16, my wife and I came in for lunch. She had the chili cheese fries and I had the chicken quesadilla. With in 20 min after eating, we were both vomiting. I would caution people from going here unless you only want to rent the food you ate.

The food is priced nicely and tastes amazing. The staff has always been very friendly and provide customer service. Every time my friends and I are in Charlotte, this is about the only place we eat at.

Nice place. Ate here with some co-workers today. We ordered the Blackened Chicken Sandwich, the Monte Christo and the Cajun Fish. Everyone enjoyed their lunch. Sweet tea is excellent also.

If your looking for over-fried gunk on a plate this is the place. The food is alright but not worth the wait. Super crowded during lunch, hot and uncomfortable if its above 75 outside.

Great staff, great food, great atmosphere. I always enjoy going to French Quarters. Besides just the restaurant, that area has the most character in the city.

Sitting at the bar before a Knights game - had a great dinner and two local brews. Couldnt ask for more. This place has been here for 32 years for a reason!

Great little hole in the wall place ..... beer specials are daily and they make a mean Long Island Ice Tea. Service is fast but not exactly friendly

Very Tiny, but decent outdoor seating and decent food. If youre lucky - you wont be cramped in a small table near the front door in the winter.

Get the baked chicken special on Thursday for lunch and thank me later. Also, try and arrive before 11:30AM if you can, it will be crowded.

Cool little bar that serves NOLA style food. The bartender was pretty friendly. Seemed like more of an older crowd.
