They do not keep the food correctly or even fresh. They had no extra crispy chicken and tell me it will be a 25minute wait, when it was primetime(dinner time 6pm.) Then I decide to get chicken tenders and I watched as the guy went to grab the tenders which were ALL old and stuck to the tray because every machine was flashing NEED WATER repeatedly which was ignored by all the workers the entire time I sat and waited for my food which, even though I didnt get the extra crispy chicken, was still 25minutes to complete one small family order of ONLY 5 pieces of chicken, 5 tenders and two sides. So it is clearly safe to say the machine had not been taken care of all day and the food had sat all day in those conditions. Would give zero stars if I could

This is a place that has good food, but the service can be slow. The food is usually good, even when taken home and in the boxes for a long time. It is surprising how good the food is despite this being a fast food place. However, one major problem is how slow the service is. If the service of getting the food or waiting to take your order isnt slow, then there is something out that they have to take awhile to get more of. The food is really good here, but the service is not the best, regardless of whether it is the staffs fault or not. Therefore, this place can only be said to be okay.

The was your standard KFC; which was great. But the service was horribly slow. Especially when to take into account we (the 3 of use) where the only ones there. And the seating area was empty. And the seating area was filthy. I mean for an empty place with all the employees just standing around. You think theyd at least try to wipe down a few of the tables. Let alone maybe wash the floor.

Amazing my order took 5 minutes and the are wings are nice and juicy . But that one africanamerican fat lady was so mean! I am 10 years old and walked up with my parents and I asked for hot wings and she said I was ugly my hair was messed up hot wings will burn me like I will in hell. My parents asked for another employee to serve us but we ended up having a good meal

Sadly the other reviews are pretty accurate. Our food was fresh and hot but the service was subpar and there was absolutely no one else in the dining room. The womens restroom was out of order and the dining area was cluttered and messy. All-in-all a poor to fair experience.

Waited 15 minutes to have my order taken. Two days later I came in for a pot pie and was told "we aint got none." I went to Arbies and had a nice sandwich then complimented the manager on having a good staff. The manager at KFC seems to spend all his/her time in the office.

Excellent Thai food. Des Moines has an incredible array of Asian restaurants to choose from. Cool Basil is one of the best! Their Summer Rolls are superb, Tom Yum and Tom Kha soups flavor some HD delicious. Curries - Red and Green are some of the best out there

We just had a great dinner. The chicken was crispy, tender and moist, the biscuits light and tasty. The cole slaw is still the best I have ever had. We used the drive thru and, yes, we had to wait, but it was well worth it. Great chocolate chip cookies too!

Wasted 20 minutes waiting for this girl to make me 2 go cups and a famous bowl. Also forgot my biscuits. I not knowing where everything was, could have went into the cooking area and made all my food fresh in half the time.
