Food-great!store-clean. But friendliness? What friendliness? No smile no positive tone, just dreadful.no excuse to not be friendly and smile, I worked at a cfa 5 years and I was always polite and kind and smiled even on a bad day. Maybe its a Florida thing, seems like no one is friendly here. I guess southern kindness stops at the border. I wanted to move to Florida for beach and warm weather but the attitudes are awful and not worth it. Is no one nice here???? I went to cfa here in hopes of finding their reputation of being different but not so.....everyone in Florida seems to be unkind. :(

That one bad review is bs Chick-fil-A has got my respect only because this location I only have Chick-fil-A in this location its well-kept and I see managers even come out to bring your food shows great leadership and the speed of the drive 5 star back home in New York City the Chick-fil-A closed in a blink of an eye due to so many non like Chick-fil-A violations im sure if the people running this one managed and owned that one it would be a different story

Every time I go here, everyone has a smile on their face. All the employees are always so delightful and happy. One employee in particular was amazing to us. My friends little girl had an accident and "Nur" was so nice. She went out of her way to help me with her & had a huge smile on her face the whole time! Chick fil a should definitely recognize her for her excellent customer service. Thank you Nur!!

This is definitely a kid-friendly place! They have an enclosed tot play area, with hand sanitizer right by the door. :) The menu is not complicated, and service is fast. On our part visit we went at a very busy time... dinnertime during the height of tourist season. It was organized chaos. The staff handled everything/everyone cheerfully, and everyone in the place seemed happy.

Its Aight. Just kidding. This place is the best place in the world. Better than Disney World. Trust me. I know because I live here. Right before closing, I go hide in the slide on the playground. At night, when everyone leaves I sneak down and eat all the free chicken I want. I think they know about me but dont say anything because they are nice here. I love chick fila.

By far the worst location in Naples! It takes almost 30 mins to receive your order in the drive thru and then when you finally get it the chicken is under done and the rest of the food is cold! This hasnt happened to me just once either! Maybe you should think about getting another location or focus on your quality control I will never revisit this franchise!

By far, the best! Fast, friendly service. People like Michel and Amber taking orders, Tom getting drink refills, or even the owner PJ, make this the best possible CFA ever! Exceptional service and delicious food are in great supply. Even with a drive through line around the building, twice!! They get your food and get you on your way.

Impeccable! This is NOT a "fast food joint" although the food is fast. Bathrooms are always immaculate and well stocked. Service is amazing. They hire LOTS of local citizens who are always happy and diligent. I can not recommend this franchise well enough and this one is no exception. Bravo to an amazingly ethical success.

I love Chick-fil-A, food is fantastic, the staff is super friendly, drive through and walk In lines move faster then any other fast food establishments, they dont have one of those soda machines with 100 flavors which I love because you get the full flavor of the soda, and store is always clean. Overall 5 out of 5.

Another perfectly managed chick fil a, that handles the crowds with ease. This restaurant is kept clean and the employees are both helpful and respectful. (Two things you seldom get from the Golden Arches up the street). Good food for a quick lunch / dinner. Breakfast burritos are one of the best in town.

We usually avoid Chick-fil-A because its always way overcrowded and its a bit expensive compared to other fast food, and the few times weve been there its just okay. I also dislike that you have to wait in line for a drink refill from the counter because their drink machine is not out in the eating area.

I come to this establishment 2 to 3 times a week, especially on Monday mornings for mens fellowship, with Golden Gate Assembly of God, Pastor Rick and youth pastor Devon. Restaurant has wonderful food and employees are extremely nice. Would like to work there part time.

Why do I always crave Chick-fil-A on Sundays. I swear its a curse. Food is always great, service is great, and the drive thru line is always super long, but they move it along faster than any other drive thru Ive found. If your in a hurry park and go inside.

cfa is honestly heaven in my mouth, there is no better way to describe it. 15/10 I have never had a bad experience. If I were to have one last meal it would without a doubt be the 8 count chicken nugget meal with a Dr. Pepper. Anyday.

The nuggets are a great mid day meal and their bacon, egg, and cheese is hard to beat for a fast food breakfast. Chicken fans will probably find a lot to love here assuming you can catch them when they are open.

Horrible lines daily at drive thru. Order takers are rude and expect you not to need a menu. Fries are soggy and undercooked. Grilled chicken is rubbery and slimey. Wont go back.
