Only reason I am giving Boston Market a 2 Star is their Chicken was good. We were there July 8 at 5:30 and the pans were empty, with dried food on the sides, That time of the evening they should be ready for Guests. The area where the chicken was being cut was dirty, with dried Chicken grease all over that area. Also the bathroom had 0 paper towels. The ice for the Soda machines was empty as well. We waited 15 minutes for our food to be prepared. When I got my Beans, they were not cooked done enough. My Corn was cold to. We had to ask for things constantly. Napkins, dip, and no dish to put our bones in. You pile it up on the table. No. The place was empty - now I know why. And people going thru the drive thru - got the dried up remains from the pans. You wont be in business much longer if you continue this service.

Planned al week to go to one of our favorite restsurant in naples. Got there on saturday august 5th at around 7:30 pm . The place was deserted it looked like it was closed. Got in and looked at the half empty trays with side dishes. But anyway ordered our meat loaf (our favorite). Paid and sat down .waited for about 10 min and the man behind the counter (slow motion) came and said there was only one ration of meatload available , that I needed to order something else! Any way stood in line after one couple strugled to order through the half empty trays .finally got to cancel my order (manager) had an "I dont care" attitude . No apologies, nothing. Never ever going to BM AGAIN . Left my car in the parking lot and walked to Applebees next door (about 50 feet) had a great dinner for 3 times as much. But it was worth it. Keep away.

Every single time Ive been there they get the sandwich soooo wrong! Apparently Cheddar cheese and Swiss cheese are easily confused. Asked for Cheddar, the guy even confirmed I wanted cheddar, yet I get Swiss. Then the pot pie is less than stellar, especially for the money I paid. The manager wasnt much help, didnt even pretend to give a rip, just said Ill put your name in the book. That book will probably be out of print before I have the desire to go back.

Its ashame what this place has become. I remember a few years back everything was great...food, service, the staff. Now its seems everything has failed sadly and thats sad. This use to be a place I would plan to go to, now its not worth it - so unappealing!

They got half the order wrong, and after I left, I called to complain to the manager and he had a bad attitude about it. This is not cheap chicken from Popeyes. If you pay $40+ for chicken and helpings, it would be nice to get the right items in the bag.

The staff can be super slow but the foods always been good. Sometimes its hard to know whos actually working and who just randomly decided to take a break while in the middle of making your order but it is what it is.

The chicken was nicely done ,unsalted mashed potatoes and got asked brocolis not carrots and thats what I got, that was not the worst, the worst was the cashier with black teeth ,never come back again.
