I live in orlando and I was super excited when I passed a kfc buffet driving south one day. So I looked up if there was anywhere closer. Clermont was the only one in distance with a 40 minute drive taking the tolls. Drove out there and it was not what I expected! I love kfc food. The buffet was a good price overall but the quantity for what was offered on the table was not. Overall meat selection was only the original crispy chicken. Their dessert was banana pudding. The sides were cole slaw, mashed potatoes, biscuits, rice and veggies. They had a lot of salad condiments there for some reason. But I didnt see any salad nor did I know kfc served salad. I was expecting more of a selection at the buffet like their best sellers. I was hoping for some of my favorite potatoe wedges, macaronni and cheese, throw more of a selection but one kind of chicken on there like snacker bowls, or honey bbq snackers, popcorn chicken and ect. and would have been awesome to have the strawberry and chocolate parfaits they serve sitting at the buffet bar. They also ran out of ice and was lazy to put any in the machine. Only gave it to you behind the counter if you asked for it. The plates for the buffet were also really small cheap piece of styrofoam. It was really small! Smaller than the size of your fore arm. If anyone goes out of their way for this buffet, definetly wasnt worth it. Dissapointed.

I was given 5.00 off coupons from KFC corporate board members while taking care of them on Conference. Perfect , I have a KFC in my home town that I have never been too. My wife and I stopped in and immediately experienced horrible customer service while asking if the coupon could be used here and if they had the crispy chicken sandwich.Needing a make over is an understatement. Rolling her eyes while answering that the Corporate stores have Crispy Sandwiches and this is not one and then stared at us with her mouth open then jerked into a smile like "so there". Get this....we did not eat there , putting true meaning to the phrase..." you could not pay me to eat here" ...remember I had 5.00 off coupons but yet decided to drive down the road instead and spend twice as much at Chic-fil-A. pocketing the coupons seemed a better choice. Service is key to success and although the Manager here may disagree with my view....just look at the reviews so far.

I have never written a review but this time I feel I should. tonight my son who has brain cancer and is doing chemo and my husband and daughter and me ate there. All of us got the buffet. Because my son could not eat all of his chicken he wanted to take his with him and eat it later that was the only two pieces of chicken he had they told him he could not take the chicken. I told them he had brain cancer and could not eat that much. Management said he had to eat it there are throw it away. Even thought he had paid for the two pieces of chicken and had brain cancer and going thought chemo they threw his chicken away. He only ate a little off of one piece of chicken. I will never go back there again.They do not deserve one star.

when I walked in why didnt I leave, I ordered the buffet and they gave me five pieces of chicken thighs, two wings. they where huge I didnt ask for all that on my plate the buffet had barely any food in it there was no Mac & cheese, staff was rude they accused me and my family of stealing food in my purse I overheard them talking about it. I politely asked if I could take the chicken home because it was too much for me to eat in one sitting. and they refused. and I offered to pay them if I could take it home and they still refuse not to let me take it home. NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN !! FLITHY ! BATHROOMS DISGUSTING !!

Ive given them way too many chances and have officially given up. Ive come in when theyve had full trash bags blocking the entrance, and have even been yelled at by a pregnant worker who was angry because she got my order wrong and when I asked for a receipt she told me she was out of paper. It took the manager to come over and calm her down and print up the receipt to find out she wrung it up wrong. I vowed never to eat at this location again.

The 1 star was an undeserved gift. I ordered via the drive thru. 2pc thighs, mashed potatoes & gravy. The chicken looked old. I ate it due to my mobility difficult to get out. When I went to eat the mash potatoes it was all gravy. They totally forgot the potatoes. I took it back and, walked out. I will never buy anything else there. Nasty!

Drive thru was open but store was close, food is expensive and over priced, ordered 12 piece meal with mix pieces, was told they only have dark meat. I would never go there again and/or recommends anyone going there.

I enjoy eating here. Give them a one star to be able to write a post. Store is being remodeled and is close at this time, and has been closed for about two or three weeks. Does not say when will it open.

Very poor service towards handicap people. Burnt food dry and old chicken. I love Kfc but this particular location i strongly suggest people not to dine in or take out...SUCKS! PERIOD!

Drive thru and lobby were closed way before scheduled closing time. I went thru the drive thru and all the employees were cleaning and had no attention to the the drive thru window.

Not very good . Flies in dining area and food did not seem fresh dining area looked old tables were not kept clean and wiped off and staff was not attentive.
