we have visited this KFC 4 times in the past month and tried to order grilled chicken. They have not had it available and never once ask if they could prepare some for us. The only time we were able to get grilled chicken was to call ahead and order. We have gone during what should be prime times. We ask two different employees for the name of the owners and was told they dont know who they are...very unprofessional

Ordered a 12 piece meal and called ahead. I asked for 2 pieces, thighs, to be extra crispy and the rest orginal. Picked the order up and specifically asked if the biscuits were in the package. Assured we had the biscuit only to find out there wasnt any biscuits plus no extra crisy thighs. I have always loved KFC but this was just terrible chicken. Never will order from them again!

Weve been here twice so far, its been great. Just wish they had tinted windows on the parking lot side cause people sit there idling with lights on, and you get blinded sometimes for a long while. Great food, air conditioning always just right, but water on soda fountain needs its own spigot so it dont taste like soda (I dont drink soda)

Drive-thru seems more important to them than the people who made the effort to get out of their cars and come in. This is a repeat offense for this location, hence the 3 star rating. Foods great if you dont come too close to closing (within the last 2 hours) same as the Havendale branch.
